Let's see, the girls don't show up and no one calls to let you know that no one is coming. They said we'll send someone at 10. No one came. Then they said 1:00 no one came. There are elderly who are depending on these people, some have meds they need to take. This isn't the first time this happened. I hear similar stories from others. Some of the helpers are reliable but not all of them. I wouldn't recommend this company to others. They need to fix these problems.

What TLC at San Lucas says what they have online is not what they have. She is the owner, and she is the only person working there. The website says they have sing-alongs, entertainment, massaging, and all these kinds of activities, and there are no such things. The only thing that I don't like is that the owner is a pretty nosy lady. And then, my friend here does not really like to talk and she tries to say things to me and whisper, but then I can't really whisper back to her because she is a little hard of hearing, and then she can't hear me. So sometimes we have to write it down, so that she knows what I am talking about or my answer to her questions or my comments because we know that the owner is standing outside on the hallway listening. My friend is unhappy there. There is a lot of improvement needed. First of all, she should be there trying to run it herself, and then hire some other people to help. Right now, she is having a problem because she's got a lady that requires a lot of attention, so she is over there giving that lady the attention, and my friend is not getting the help that she needs herself. So she has to hire somebody to take care of them because one lady can't take care of the whole area. For instance, my lady has been complaining that she hadn't had a bath in two weeks, and that is not good. That's personal hygiene, and it is very important. She has a problem with her stomach, and she eats very lightly, and then when she brings her something to eat, she just places her plate down in a manner like she is upset or angry or whatever, and it is kind of a soupy thing so, of course, it is going to spill, and that is very irritating to me. And, my lady will not say anything because she's afraid, and this is why she'll keep crackers or little things that she can nibble on during the day because that is not sufficient.
