I toured The Revello, and what I liked most was the pricing was very reasonable. The unit was nicely updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities they had were nice. What I liked the least was it's very hard to get a return call from the community manager. Sometimes she never returns your call. It's difficult to connect with her. The other thing was, there are lots of homeless people wandering around. My ex-husband did go by with my daughter and he did not like that. The person who gave me the tour, Veronica, she was very friendly, but hard to get in touch with. I would rate them a three because of the difficulty of getting in there. They have a little meeting room with snacks. It's modern and the rooms are updated. They have one community room. They have a dishwasher, microwave, and a small kitchen. They have a full kitchen, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. They need to improve on ease of communication.
