I visited Clarendale Arcadia. Their units were definitely a five. Their prices were reasonable. It's a little less suburban and a little more urban in its design and setup, but it was a very nice facility. They had a wonderful staff. They were very attentive, especially their sales staff. The people that we met along the way in the hallways were all very polite. They had some of the best units we saw. There were a lot of different sizes to meet a lot of different perspectives or personalities. We met the staff in the cafe, and she was very polite. We dealt with a couple of the other staff members who were passing in the hallway. Everybody was very attentive and seemed very personable. They seemed to know their members by name. I thought it was a very well-staffed property. The common areas were very nice and seemed very comfortable. They were not as fancy. They did have one major plus for seniors: public restrooms on every floor near every elevator. I thought that was an excellent use of a little extra space. They had very good signage in all their hallways. Those were some things that I thought were excellent at this particular facility.

We visited Clarendale Arcadia, and it is very beautiful and very nice. They showed us the memory care, which we didn't like at all, and then the rest of the assisted living apartments, which were very nice. The dining room was nice, too. We like that. The staff who accommodated us for the tour was very nice.

My husband moved to Clarendale Arcadia. The surroundings are of very high quality. The staff is very accommodating and caring, and the services are very well organized. There's a beauty salon available. There's a pool. There's a jacuzzi. There are lounges for people to congregate in. They have a nurse available 24/7. It has several dining rooms that are available for residents and their guests. The activities vary according to the level of care. There could be more stimulating activities provided in the memory care units for the residents there.

I went to Clarendale Arcadia. It was a very nice place. I like it a lot, but I'm not ready to do that yet. That's all. The staff was very nice, of course, as you would expect. They're salespeople. They have beautiful apartments. This was a two-bedroom two-bath I was looking at. Amenities include the dining room, the rec room, and the workout room.

Clarendale Arcadia was a very nice place. It's well-kept, clean, and smells good. The staff was excellent. They've been there for a while. They know their stuff and they know the product that they have. They show off well when taking us for tours and stuff and they did a good job of selling it to you. They have a well-set up dining area for memory care folks. The food smelled that good. They have a good memory care facility. It's a separate section. It has an atrium in the center. The glass from the rooms and in the other areas looks out onto the atrium so it looks inviting. There is a great area there where they do cooking stuff. They have a room that has stars on the ceiling that would lit on low light levels. It's got certain colors in it, too. They have very tactile areas where you can touch different things that older people would recognize immediately and might kick back their memories. They had a small basketball thing for them to play on, like an arcade one. They were using kind of like a soccer ball, but it was much lighter so that nobody could get hurt or anything. They had a second- story pool that had a chair lift for it so that you could lower someone into it. Just put them on the chair and get them into the pool.

I’d give a 10 star rating if available. I researched several facilities and found Clarendale Arcadia as the absolute BEST. The rooms are excellent, the food delicious and the staff as the most caring and personable. The staff will go above & beyond to meet the needs of the residents.
