This Lifestyle offers a wide range of services such as nutritious meals, transportation, choice of activities plus exercises that emphasize the importance of maintaining and Preserving Independence. Our Assisted Lifestyle promotes our Senior Resident to live as independently as they wish and includes three (3) meals per day, weekly housekeeping, up to 2 hours of scheduled personal care per day and 24/7 On-Site dedicated Health Care personnel; which will collectively meet our Senior Resident’s needs. The Assisted Living Lifestyle offers supportive care services that encourage our Senior Residents to Live Independently with Support. Our Hearts Memory Care offers highly specialized, Person-Centered Care for our Senior Residents living with memory impairment in several gracious, secured neighborhoods in The Manor Village. Featuring private studio suites, Our Hearts Memory Care neighborhoods provide a structured/supportive care environment, a broad range of engaging activities and ongoing guidance and enhanced Lifestyle services that encourage our Senior Residents to Live with Support and Dignity.
