Twilight Haven

I visited Twilight Haven and I was very impressed about how carrying they were to the residents. The care takers were very nice and respectful and attended to everyone's needs. The meals they fixed was 5 star restraunt style and it was one the food I've tasted. Besides the good food the place was kept very clean. Most small assisted homes I've seen are usually not as clean as this home. If my father and mother needed a place then deffinatly would place them at Twilight Haven.

I was very discouraged with Twilight Haven because the assistance was very hard to find. Nobody returned my phone in calls in the process. Every time I called, nobody answered the phone. I didn't feel very comfortable. I felt like it will be a place that I will be a loner, and I won't be able to make any friends. The best way I can describe it is that it is very unfriendly.

This community is a micro community as they put it so it was a lot smaller than other assisted living communities. Nonetheless, the staff were extremely compassionate and attended to all the elderly. Most of the elderly have Alzheimer's so it was just a blessing to be there and put a smile on their faces and be joined together by the spirit of music. The facility are like normal homes but easier access for the elderly. The place is great, the elderly get meals, privacy, everything is accessible and there are transportation for outings.
