I am a current client of this provider

It helps when she is here. She is here three hours a week. She runs errands and picks things up, and does things that I cannot do. I am on a walker, and she helps me not fall over. I have them for a short period of time, and they do a good job. They supply someone, and that is all that is necessary, but they should follow through with what they say.

The services are helpful by assisting my daughter with her everyday needs. I would like for them to improve the scheduling. We aren't sure who is going to show up on the days of the care.

They need consistency of the personnel. I just think it would be nice if someone would have some consistently. The cost is too high.

Dear Anonymous_2013 We try very hard to keep consistency of care providers for our clients. Sometimes, life happens and it is not always possible to be 100% always the same people. We always encourage communication with our staff and would love to talk directly about this issue when it frustrates you. Please call us. We are priced extremely competitively in the Columbus market, nowhere near the most expensive. We monitor rates and keep ours reasonable and simple. We do not have a sliding scale, short shifts are not more expensive per hour nor is personal care more expensive. We like to be very straightforward. I am confident the care you receive is first rate, if you have any issues you want to discuss please contact us.

They have helped him by taking care of things that would I would normally, such as mundane activities, like showering, shaving, and exercising. I like the communication. I think the caregiver has taken good care of my stepfather.
