The only complaint I have is that they need technology to verify that I've scheduled care. I do it over the phone, and there's no way to verify it. Some kind of a website would be helpful. We only have a phone call, it's someone's word, then we're just waiting for someone to show up. I like this agency because they're dependable and they provide good people.

The caregiver comes twice a week, and my husband looks forward to her coming. She is just so good. The program is respite care and we both benefit greatly by having someone else introduced into the house. The care that she gives him allows me to get out and do things that I wouldn't be able to do otherwise, like grocery shopping. They do a couple of little things, and it makes the person feel good to be remembered, like they gave everyone a pillow one time.

This experience so far has been awful with them. My family member needs around the clock care and they give aides to her that fall asleep and leave her there helpless. She has only ever had one good aide for night time and only one good one at day time. They won’t even fix it they continue to send it awful aides and it seems like they don’t care. They have even left her without an aide! On multiple occasions!! I wouldn’t recommend them.

The caregiver we had was more or less a babysitter. She had been asked by my hospice aide to change the sheets, and she didn't do that. Basically, all she did was babysit, so I could go out and do other stuff. There were some problems with scheduling. I would change the schedule and the person would come on the old schedule, not the new schedule.

Getting to medical offices and she has some time left so she does some laundry and cooks food for me. She cleans the living room I like that they provide us with driving services and also that they provide in-home health. They can also do any type of home care that you need such as laundry.

There are several things that could've gone better. There were mistakes made and a lack of a caregiver one day. They had a caregiver who was on the phone all the time and was preaching to other people in another country. One of the caregivers left early and there was no coverage, which caused Carol to fall out of the bed and that killed her. I loved the owner, he was great. They were all wonderful people.

I was told I would receive information about what the caregivers were doing but I never received any tracking. She was a high fall risk and was supposed to have 24 hour care. One of the caregivers left for lunch for about three to four hours. The patient fell while they were supposed to be watching her.

They got the care in place very fast, but they did not tell us exactly what they were going to be doing or about how we were going to be having multiple caregivers.
