"I am using Seniors Helping Seniors Greater Sacramento for my mom. They're helping her with showering, cooking, cleaning, and typical stuff. Their billing is fine, and they do that weekly. It's nice that they have people in the same age range as my mom, versus sending out a 20 or 30-year-old who runs circles around her and makes her trip and fall. But then, at the same time, now I've got this 75-year-old woman who's really slow. So, I don't know what's better, the 30-year-old, the 20, or the slow 75-year-old. I was very shocked that I got a person who's 75 years old, but we're working with it."

"I'm using Home Helpers Home Care of Rocklin. They're very efficient. They're concerned that everything is fine with you. I've had one caregiver, and she's absolutely excellent. I had her for four hours and then there was somebody else that came in later in the day. The second individual and I just didn't mesh. She was efficient, but I didn't want to have her again. The first caregiver comes in eight hours a day, three days a week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Because I am bedridden, they have to do diaper change on me. I unfortunately have many bouts of diarrhea. They're very good at keeping me pristine clean, unbelievably. They change my bed clothes if necessary. She prepares my lunch and dinner and she even does my laundry. The caregiver is fabulous. I love her. The agency is absolutely excellent. The owner came to my home and introduced himself and went over everything with me. If you have any questions or anything, you can call him directly. I've had no reason to call the agency, but they check in all the time to make sure everything is the way I like it."
