I just had to say how pleased I am with Tifaine B.. I have used caregivers for years and she is the most kind, attentive and willing I have experienced I am seldom impressed, I'm just that way. After my experience with this company, I MUST say I am impressed beyond words. Their professionalism, their kindness, their genuine caring simply blew my mind. The results of their engagement with me were beyond anything I could have imagined. The only word that comes to mind is DELIGHTED. Do you need help with any home care, these folks are the "go-to" for all you needs. Really... I'd give 10 stars if I were allowed to.... My only complaint? For the service they provided, I am convinced they did not charge enough.

I've been using Home Helpers Home Care of Rocklin mainly for transportation and they're doing an excellent job. I use them once, sometimes twice a month. I don't use them on a regular day-to-day basis. One time I did need a caregiver and they did it. The service I've gotten from them, whoever I've got has been great. The two drivers are very helpful because I'm in a wheelchair and I'm totally blind. They help me get in the car. They get me to my destination. I usually go to Santa Rosa, California which is about two-and-a-half-hour drive. They're helpful if I need to use a restroom or something. They're very courteous. Any time I have requests, they're really good about taking the request and setting up the day and time I need. I usually notify them like four or five days ahead of time. I don't call them the day before. They would bring me to the appointment, then they would go off for a few hours, come back and get me. Since they're also caregivers, if I need to use a restroom or something, they're very helpful. They make it accessible for me to go where I need to go.

I was injured andhospitalized several times during 2024. When I was released to come home I was in need of home care for an unspecified amount of time. After researching several companies that provided services like this, I contacted home helpers of Rocklin. The owners actually came out and interviewed me, which had never happened with the other firms that I contacted The services they provided were phenomenal. It was customized to meet my needs, and they constantly checked up to make sure that I was receiving the appropriate services. If I wanted to change the days or the hours of service, they provided that service. If I had a doctors appointment, the home helper took me to my appointment and then drove me home. Even today, the owner stays in contact with me making sure that I’m on the road to recovery. Having been in education for over 40+ years if I had to give home helpers of Rocklin grade, it would be an A+. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody in need of their services

Home Helpers Home Care - Rocklin, CA were the first ones we had, and they were really good. We only used them for a couple of weeks. The caregivers seemed really professional and good. The owners were really nice, professional, and very helpful. Everything was good. They stayed in contact with us and helped us through the problems, and I would definitely recommend them. They were great with scheduling and the communication was really good with them.
