I would like to leave feedback on my caregiver Phyllis. She is has been the best companion that I have ever had. She works with this company and really likes it there. The people that work in the office are wonderful. If I call the office and need an extra day the ladies always pull through for me even if it is last minute. I'm disabled and live alone. If it was not for my caregiver I would not be able to go to the store or to my VA doctor. Phyllis helps me with a shower and makes food for me. She is here 8 hours each day except for Sundays. I'm so happy to have this service. It is great for disabled veterans like me.

I am having a wonderful experience with my FirstLight caregiver. She is professional and courteous and cares about making sure I am well cared for. She is prompt and a lot of fun. I can still be independent in my home with her loving hands nearby to assist. I am very blessed to have FirstLight. They came highly recommended from my friend who also had a great experience with them.

Our family LOVED our caregiver! She was so professional and kind. Karen the owner came out to assess and boy did we learn a lot! You can tell this industry is her true passion. She was very professional and fun. She never acted rushed and made sure all of our questions were answered. The caregiver was prompt and courteous and did more than we expected. So nice! I have already sent so many friends their way. And yes, we would definitely use FirstLight again. Wonderful experience!

We used FirstLight for a couple of months. Someone came and stayed with my grandmother for about three hours. They assisted her in bathing, drove her to her appointments, and took her on errands. The caregivers were good. They need to improve on the consistency of caregivers, like having the same caregivers come instead of different ones. We chose them because they were very personal; the owner herself called and was very personal.

We are very satisfied with the service from this agency. They cared for my father and and helped my family in a time of need. My father really liked the CNA and enjoyed her company. I would recommend them to anyone needing home care.

I am extremely happy that I switched to FirstLight Home Care. My caregiver is always "Johnny on the Spot", which is important to me to have someone reliable. We went to Dr. Phillips hospital the other day and had a parking problem. She handled it with patience and made me feel very comfortable. I also like that FirstLight caregivers have GPS in their car, this helps us not get lost, which happened to me with the old home care agency. I don't like getting lost and being late. If I had the money I would have my FirstLight caregivers here every other day!

I highly recommend Firstlight Homecare of Central Orlando/Winter Park FL. My husband's company relocated us out of state and I was unable to care for my elderly parents myself. They gave us the piece of mind we needed being so far away to know that my parents were in wonderful, caring hands.

I was very thankful for the wonderful care they provided to my father.They were very professional and cared for my father beyond my expectations. It was difficult to be far away not able to provide the care myself but it was comforting to know he had great care. Thank you for everything first light.
