They are there when I need them. They have always made sure that I have someone here, and that means a lot because if someone can't be here, they find someone to replace them. They enable me to keep my job by coming to provide care. If I didn't have someone to provide care, I would have to stay home permanently.

They are very flexible, but instead of babysitting the kids, they could have done more activities with them. They could have come to my house, instead of me having to find a day care.

The manager of SYNERGY HomeCare came out and met with me before we set up the services, and I appreciated that because I live far away. The services were only for one day, so they were helpful for my loved one on that one day.

SYNERGY HomeCare keeps track of their caregivers by checking in with them periodically. The caregiver that I have takes excellent care of my wife. My wife has a hard time adjusting to new things, the longer that SYNERGY HomeCare is here the more beneficial it has been.

SYNERGY HomeCare is very prompt and all of the caregivers have remained with me, except for one. That one caregiver wasn't the proper person for me, but SYNERGY HomeCare remedied that situation immediately. They are very careful with selecting caregivers for their clients. Without SYNERGY HomeCare I wouldn't get to see my wife since she doesn't live with me anymore and lives in a facility.

Synergy Homecare just started last week. They’ve been great, and they’ve been really good to work with so far. They’re very responsive, and I think it’s a good match. The caregiver has been consistent and patient. So far so good, and in terms of billing, it’s been good. We are on direct bill, and it's fine.
