"There was a time when dad was incontinent. Homewell Senior Care came on in and assisted dad with the living arrangements over at a home. They did it with a lot of class and dad really enjoyed having company there. The people were not only professional but almost like family. They really were very nice. They're not only friendly and professional but they were available when needed as well. They went above and beyond. When dad was in a rehab center down in Vegas, he ended up getting bedsores on his feet. They took dad over to doctors and had to go into a wound care center over at St. Anthony's Hospital. They helped dad get there and back. They're very caring and they made a lot of part of dad's life as pleasant as we could possibly be imagine. He was going through a very difficult time and despite dad's upfront objection, he got to like the people. So it worked out well. "

"I recently needed home care after my total knee replacement after I was discharged from my surgery at OCR in Loveland. Kate paired me with Carey. Carey was amazing and lived up to the ‘care’ in her name. She was attentive to all my needs, and on top of everything before I even thought of it. Here I am two weeks from my surgery (yesterday) and I am able to take care of myself, day and night, at home alone, all because of Carey. She is a CNA and has her masters, knows what she is doing at all levels, making me feel cared for, but more importantly safe."

"I began looking into homecare before my husband was released from the hospital. I found several qualified facilities. I selected BrightStar. Char stayed in contact with me while we were still in the rehabilitation clinic. Just to let me know they were thinking of me and to offer encouragement. Barbara their RN was efficient and detailed. Even though I was talking too much, she understood my mindset and accommodated me. I had my first CNA caregiver come to take care of my husband. I was blown out of the water. Sophie is professional, efficient, and caring. She took great care of my husband and saw to my needs as well. I called the company immediately and spoke with Uilani. I told her how outstanding Sophie is and thanked her for sending the correct match for me. Patricia helps me in the evenings. She can handle my husband’s moods at night. He gets frustrated at night. Pat can settle him down so he can sleep. They discuss sports to weather. Patricia is amazing. Thank you, BrightStar for attention to detail and qualified staff. "

They specialize in bucket list fulfillment, so if he has a wish or something he wants to do, they will take him to do that. They're amazing. "My mother is using Preferred Care at Home. They help with cooking, cleaning, helping her get around, mobility, and helping her bathe. The caregivers are caring and conscientious. I'm satisfied. We don't have daily contact with her caregivers, but we have a website we can go on, we can see who her people are, they leave notes about what's going on, and I also have text with the owner, and another one of the people. If I ever have any questions or any concerns, I can text them, and they text right back."
