Seniors Helping Seniors help and guidance made the process much easier. Thank You! Seniors helping Seniors care of my Dad and his girl friend was excellent. The professionalism of your group was so refreshing in the overwhelming world of eldercare. I cannot tell you how nervous we were having caregivers coming in to help my Dad and Edith. The resistance from these two love birds was formidable. They did not want the help and wanted their privacy—in the past it got ugly—they were so upset at the idea of “a stranger” in her home. I was astonished how well the caregivers handled themselves with the “kids” (95 years old). All of a sudden they were clean and the house began to shape up and they loved your “ladies”. What a difference they made in the lives of all of us who care about Dad and Edith. When Edith passed, your people handled the situation with the skill and caring of a Doctor and counselor combined. I was so impressed and relieved that “you all” were there for Edith, Dad, and us family members. Caregivers stayed until I found a “Nursing Home” for Dad. You even helped with nursing home recommendations. I am so thoroughly impressed with you and your organization’s outstanding performance. Your communication, billing, and cooperation was exemplary. You are so easy to work with and have very well run organization. Your focused was on Dad and Edith’s care, and, yet, you kept me informed. It made me feel so much better knowing you were there for them. I credit you with my sleeping better. I strongly recommend you and your team. "There were many challenges I faced after my hand surgery since I'm in a wheelchair. The homecare staff was well trained in using the Hoyer Lift to help me with my transfers. I always felt safe and appreciated the communication we had before each transfer. I also needed assistance preparing meals and making sure my work-from-home schedule was not interrupted. My two older cats have specific dietary requirements. Both of them were happy campers with their meals every day. The trash was always emptied and there were never dirty dishes in the sink. Home Helpers provided stellar care during the 3 month period of my recovery. I truly feel they became my second family. I never had to worry they would not show up on time or return my phone calls. It was especially nice to have the same caregiver every day. We established a wonderful relationship on a personal level. Thank you so much for your professionalism!"

"I began looking into homecare before my husband was released from the hospital. I found several qualified facilities. I selected BrightStar. Char stayed in contact with me while we were still in the rehabilitation clinic. Just to let me know they were thinking of me and to offer encouragement. Barbara their RN was efficient and detailed. Even though I was talking too much, she understood my mindset and accommodated me. I had my first CNA caregiver come to take care of my husband. I was blown out of the water. Sophie is professional, efficient, and caring. She took great care of my husband and saw to my needs as well. I called the company immediately and spoke with Uilani. I told her how outstanding Sophie is and thanked her for sending the correct match for me. Patricia helps me in the evenings. She can handle my husband’s moods at night. He gets frustrated at night. Pat can settle him down so he can sleep. They discuss sports to weather. Patricia is amazing. Thank you, BrightStar for attention to detail and qualified staff. "

"Little R&R Home care have been wonderful to my Aunt Echo has been very caring towards my Aunt and myself she has done her job well and discharged her duties well she has been able to do to my 82 year old Aunt things she wasn't wanting to do with me. Her ability to help me with feeding her and helping me keep my Aunts home clean has been a blessing. I would recommend Little R&R Home Care to other families that need Home Care provided. "They were the nicest people that I talked to. The services are the same as what other companies offer but it was the people who sold me. I just like their attitude. They were very cooperative, assuring and very professional. We set up appointments in advance and they were always on time. If they were going to be even 5 or 10 minutes late which didn't happen, maybe once, they call and let me know that they're on the way. They always were very professional and made sure that they asked very pointed question about what was going on with me health- wise. I was hospitalized in January. I had skin infection and come to find out that I also had parathyroid trouble. Once I was discharged from the hospital, I was in a nursing home for 6 weeks. And then I was released to come home but still needed assistance so they came and helped me get my pills organized and made sure I understood what I took and why. I'm no longer with them because I don't need home health care anymore but if I do get in a situation again I would definitely call them. "
