"I have a CNA from Maxim Healthcare Services three times a day, seven days a week, and of course along with that, you have your case manager who is a registered nurse. I also have a different registered nurse who comes in and does my medications for the week. They’re a good match for my needs, consistent, loyal, and do what they’re supposed to do. They actually go beyond what they’re supposed to do in many cases. They help clean up the kitchen, get me meals, and all that. Their scheduling works fine. They provide excellent care, are very friendly and prompt, and most are extremely helpful. "

"Initially, my husband had a catheter, so there was some nursing staff that would come out and change that catheter on a monthly basis. He had problems with it, and I would just call Scott. He would get back to me and tell me if we should worry about that or if we didn't have to worry about it. He'd come out and look at things and fix it if it needed fixing. We were very happy and satisfied with him, so we continued to ask him back. Scott is knowledgeable and efficient. He knows what's going on, or if I don't understand what is happening, like when he had the catheter in and there was a little blood in the urine, I call him, and he calls me right back. When he says he will be here, he's here, and same with the other therapist. I think that they were wonderful in patient care. My husband was in a lot of pain, and he was nasty sometimes. They put up with him, worked with him, and tried to get him going. They accomplished it as well as they could. I'm very happy with Preferred Home Care, and my husband is, too. "

"This home healthcare company didn't see me for 30 after discharge and by then I and my family already knew how to do the wound care. They did NOT order me a Home Health Aide even though I couldn't wash or clean myself much less go shopping or get any supplies. I suffered alone. Go to someone else. I reported this immediately to their supervisor who in turn reported to my physician that I was "uncooperative"! "

"I broke my leg in July and I was ready for physical therapy the end of September, so somewhere around the end of September I started using Alpine PT Home Care. They're just superior. They're excellent. The physician assistant had said that I could not get physical therapy in my home and because of COVID, I didn't want to come into their physical therapy room, which is like a gym with a bunch of people in it. So, Alpine advocated for me. They were able to get the doctor to go ahead and approve for me to get physical therapy at home, which worked out way better because I don't drive and my husband works, so I couldn't have him taking off constantly to drive me three times a week up to the orthopedics place. So, that was really good. I'm receiving physical therapy to be able to walk again. The therapist is very professional, quiet, friendly, and calming. It is always easy to schedule, and she is always on time. Everybody who ever answered the phone was very helpful, sympathetic, friendly, and kind. They couldn't be better."
