Initially, my husband had a catheter, so there was some nursing staff that would come out and change that catheter on a monthly basis. He had problems with it, and I would just call Scott. He would get back to me and tell me if we should worry about that or if we didn't have to worry about it. He'd come out and look at things and fix it if it needed fixing. We were very happy and satisfied with him, so we continued to ask him back.
Scott is knowledgeable and efficient. He knows what's going on, or if I don't understand what is happening, like when he had the catheter in and there was a little blood in the urine, I call him, and he calls me right back. When he says he will be here, he's here, and same with the other therapist. I think that they were wonderful in patient care.
My husband was in a lot of pain, and he was nasty sometimes. They put up with him, worked with him, and tried to get him going. They accomplished it as well as they could. I'm very happy with Preferred Home Care, and my husband is, too.
