Dad moved to Brookdale North Loveland. The facility is clean. Many of the staff that we met and were introduced to when we were signing up were very friendly and appeared to be very caring and respectful. I was told that the staff turnover there is very low too, in comparison with other places. It is homey and uncluttered. The layout is easy to navigate for the residents because it's like a big square. They have a beauty salon and my dad got a haircut there, which was nice. They have snacks available 24/7 and ice cream for the asking, which is nice for my dad because he has a sweet tooth. There is an enclosed courtyard that they can have 24-hour access to, and they don't have to worry about outside people coming into the courtyard. There's also a piece of exercise equipment that they can use and an activity area, which is very welcoming.

The first impression walking into Brookdale North is a warm inviting living room atmosphere. When the staff meets you at the door, they are very helpful and welcoming. As a home health person working with many Brookdale locations and other senior living communities this one really stands out!

The thing we liked about Brookdale North Loveland originally was that it was kind of a homey atmosphere and they have a courtyard. My family member loves to walk outside when it's nice, so that gives her an option to walk outside without actually going outside the complex. However, with her condition, she feels too confined. I understand that. She has to understand that has to happen because they can't take care of that many people without knowing where they are. Her room is nice. It's the perfect size. She can be active if she wants to. The nice thing about their activities is if she doesn't want to participate, she doesn't have to. I just wish they had a library or something similar to a library that people could get books to read or something like that. Sometimes they have people come in to sing. They also have stretching exercises. One thing they don't have is decent food. They have a lot of sandwiches. I don't understand what's so hard about making spaghetti or something like that. They just don't have enough food. Just recently, they didn't have enough baked potatoes for everybody. I took my family member out to lunch that day because they didn't have enough food. You can't do that with older people. I asked one of the staff not to force her to eat breakfast because she never has eaten that much. She has her own thing for breakfast, usually cereal and such. That gal jumped and said, "Don't go blaming the help. It's not our fault. You don't know what we go through." I said, "Wait. I'm not jumping on you. I'm just asking you, try not to force her to eat a lot for breakfast." I've called and left messages for the health manager there. She's never called me back because I wanted some particular things. I'm not real happy with a lot of help there.

I was very impressed with Brookdale North Loveland. Jenny Walker was very helpful, and she gave me a very good tour. The room that I saw was nice and comfortable. The grounds were nice. They provided meals, laundry, and activities for their residents.

Mom is in Brookdale North Loveland. The staff is very caring. They are nice to my mom and she likes them. She likes where she is, she feels very comfortable and safe there. The dining area looks very good, and mom never complained about the food there. Mom's apartment has a bedroom, a private bathroom, a small living room, and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, but no stove and no microwave. They have several activities to choose from. People would come in with music, and mom would go down for bingo, coloring sessions, and a haircut.

My mom has moved into Brookdale North Loveland. The facility is nice, clean, and upkept. I like the people in charge. Everybody has been wonderful. I have seen a couple of activities going on. Her room is very nice and clean. It's tiny, but it's adequate for everything she needs. I like the place.

My parents moved into Brookdale North Loveland. It has been good. They are happy to be there. The staff members have been very responsive to all of my questions. They were quick to turn around or help me with any paperwork I needed to get done. They were very friendly, helpful, educational, open, and willing to assist at any point in time in the whole process. My parents seemed very happy with the food. They didn't complain. They have a calendar published daily or throughout the month, and then they try to engage them. It's optional. They have a decent number of activities and a variation of them. They don't force them to attend, but they encourage them to. They have a salon, a courtyard, a sunroom, and a family gathering place.

My mother moved into Brookdale North Loveland. I thought they could meet my mom's needs the best, and their pricing seemed reasonable. The food is really good. My mom is adjusting well. There were some issues about things being paid for, like shower assistance, but generally they're doing a good job, and I'm happy that she's safe. She seems much safer there. The staff is really friendly. They really try and be responsive. They seem good. Getting her in there was work, but they were very helpful because I was on a very crunchy timeline. I don't think I could have gotten that kind of service at other places I visited. They're extremely helpful and cooperative. The facility is very clean, and I like that. It's very open. There was nothing I didn't like about it. It looks really nice. They have a beautiful courtyard. The gardening is just very nice. They had music playing. My mom isn't very interested in that stuff, but they do seem to have activities every day, so maybe she'll get interested. But my thing is she just needs to be safe, so I'm happy that she's there. My mom is so happy with the food. I thought that was going to be a real issue, but she's doing fine so far.

Brookdale North Loveland was very nice; it was very good and would probably have been our second choice. The staff who assisted me during the tour was very good. The upkeep and cleanliness was very good. She showed us everything that they had to offer, and we saw the menu; it looked good.

Brookdale North Loveland was fine to look at. It was nice, clean, and there were no odors. The residents I spoke to looked comfortable and happy. They showed me a room and the size of it was OK. The menu also looked very good. Everything about the community met what we were looking for at the time. I also liked that this place was nice and airy. There's nothing negative about it that I can think of. You can tell that the staff cares about the folks they are dealing with. I was very impressed.

Brookdale North Loveland was wonderful, and I want to go there, but I don't think I can afford it. There was a bunch of happy people sitting out in the courtyard, and the rooms were adequate. They're not large but considering the care, it'd be certainly worth it. I liked it a lot.

Everything seems to be real good at Brookdale. The staff is really helpful, and it’s a very nice clean place. The apartment is big enough; it's a 2-room apartment to accommodate enough chairs and a very small kitchen which he really doesn’t need much. The bedroom is wide enough for my dad. The dining room is very nice and clean, and the food seems to be very good, I ate there a couple of times myself. They seemed they have activities every day that they can take part in if they want to.

Care staff are good people but the facility is understaffed and undertrained, resulting in tremendous stress for staff, residents and family members and as in our case, tragic and painful mistakes. Recommend any other facilities not owned by Brookdale.

From all the places I've visited, the one like best is here. I like the fact that it is in a nice location, and they have different levels of care from assisted living to memory care. I also like the fact that they have a registered nurse on staff. The rooms were very nice. They have new paint and carpets, and that was very nice. I found their rooms comfortable. Their dining room seemed to be nice, very clean, and organized as well.

The price is good; the staff is nice. The building is nice; it's a nice area. We're happy with them. It's a private room. It's a nice little room. They have Bingo; they have memory games; they have cooking. They have all kinds of stuff. The food is good. They're happy; they're polite. They're not superficial. They're caring and patient. They're really nice folks. The place is clean and smells nice.
