The owner of Vitality Home Healthcare came to visit me and that's where it started. The people are well-trained and they provide me with what I need.

Somebody recommended Vitality to me for a home care service. They were on time, thorough and very caring, especially the boss, David. He could do anything they wanted them to do. One time he couldn't find a caregiver to come and he himself came and he did such a good job. They were dependable and they had good people and you feel really comfortable with them. My husband was the one who received the care but he is now in an assisted living facility, but if I needed home care, they'd be the first one that I call. We had them for two or three months before my husband went to assisted living. They helped him go to the bathroom, made his lunch, took him for a walk and talked to him. Vitality home caregivers are good and they're well trained. They're the best I ever had. I think they're wonderful and good in every way. I would recommend them to anybody.

They were the nicest people that I talked to. The services are the same as what other companies offer but it was the people who sold me. I just like their attitude. They were very cooperative, assuring and very professional. We set up appointments in advance and they were always on time. If they were going to be even 5 or 10 minutes late which didn't happen, maybe once, they call and let me know that they're on the way. They always were very professional and made sure that they asked very pointed question about what was going on with me health- wise. I was hospitalized in January. I had skin infection and come to find out that I also had parathyroid trouble. Once I was discharged from the hospital, I was in a nursing home for 6 weeks. And then I was released to come home but still needed assistance so they came and helped me get my pills organized and made sure I understood what I took and why. I'm no longer with them because I don't need home health care anymore but if I do get in a situation again I would definitely call them.
