My loved one is happy with the coverage. She has some issues with incontinence and needs help with meals and bathing, so he caregiver helps keeps her safe. I think they are easy to get ahold of and I know they call my loved one when there is a change in schedule. I know if I have had to call, I have been able to get ahold of someone really quick.

I am not sure how they could have a greater positive impact. It is a good service, but I think there is always room for improvement in anything. They need more or better communication and scheduling.

Knowing that my mom has care assures me that she won't be falling. She is getting her ADLs done regularly now. Most of the caregivers are very kind. The first time around, they didn't have quality caregivers. This time around, I feel like we have had more quality caregivers. The schedulers and managers try hard to fill shifts. They listen if we have concerns. They seem to communicate with caregivers for us.

The services gave me peace of mind that I was safe and that I wouldn't be falling. I ran into two people that should not have been working there, simply because they did not seem to like old people, and they did not seem to like sick people. I would say that they need to be more careful in hiring, but that was only two people out of a whole group of people.

I was able to do some things personally that I wanted done. I was limited to how much I could ask my husband to do, so it was nice to have help with personal care. I had one person I wasn't completely satisfied with, but everyone else was good. They were congenial and helpful. All 4 times I requested I was able to get it.

It helped a lot. It was very stressful because she was escaping, the staff was frustrated and I was getting a lot of calls. I was really happy with the services. They were just real flexible and the communication was good. They kept in touch with me and Dorothy seemed happy.

My loved one was very sad and depressed before the services. When the caregivers came, he started getting ready for the day. He wanted to appear better and be ready for them when they come. One caregiver wipes down all the surfaces. so no one gets sick anymore. The business sends me the bill via email, and they also send me a paper copy for my records. When I first got started, someone told me about the veterans' aide and assistance, so I was able to get some help from them.

I would like the caregivers to get the client out of the house more. The client does not like them being there with them, they feel like the caregivers are going to take over their house. I would like the caregivers to get the client out of the house instead of just sitting with them at home.

The cleaning has helped and the caregiver does my laundry, which helps a lot. The first three caregivers acted like they didn't know what they were doing. I think they need to train some of their caregivers better than they do, but the current caregiver that I have now is good.

It's been very good. There was a lot of stress when I don't know who exactly is going in to take care of my loved one. I'm busy and want to make sure everything is taken care of, so they're a stress reliever because they're someone I can depend on. We had them for a number of years. They're dependable and reliable. They love their clients, they are good to them, and they're supportive. If you call in to change something at the last minute, they don't get upset. They take care of it. I've had a really good experience with Amada.

They make my life easier by taking me grocery shopping. That has helped me because I get what I need without somebody pushing me and helping me. They have no hesitation about taking me grocery shopping, and they take care of accidents that I have.

I really look forward to them. I really depend on them to help me get the right clothes out for the season. I have a walker and can't carry anything. The caregiver is here and helps my husband. She even helps me at times.

The caregivers at Amada Senior Care of Northern Colorado seem to be well trained. We've only had them come in a few times, every time has been a different person. It'd be better if I could get the same person every time.

My father is a veteran of the Korean War. He does it have slot in terms of resources & the gentleman & AMADA in Fort Collins spent a great deal of time with us to ensure we understood how we would qualify for Aid & Attendance. They then connected us with the appropriate people at the local VA that assisted us in filling out the proper forms without charge. The process is cumbersome, but the AMADA guys helped make the process much easier. I am forever greatful for their help.

We have had great care so far. We just have one caregiver, and she has been great. She has met all our needs. She is very knowledgeable and willing to do things for my mom. Amada Senior Care had been very helpful with us. They did everything to the long-term care insurance. They've handled all of that for us after we have met our time limit, so they have been great.
