We’re constantly asking, “how can we do better?” Our Service Area Los Angeles County, CA PERSONAL CARE Bathing (including assistance bathing or simply being present nearby) Apparel selection & dressing Grooming, including hair, nail, teeth, and skin care Walking assistance & fall prevention Assistance transitioning (getting in and out of bed/seated position) Feeding Assistance with self-administration of medication Toileting & incontinence care Wake-up Bedtime Assistance DOMESTIC Housekeeping duties Clean & sanitize bathroom Clean & sanitize kitchen Tidy clutter Dust & polish furnishings Vacuum Wash and put away dishes Take out garbage & recycling Laundry & ironing Meal planning and preparation Grocery shopping and other household errands Oversee deliveries Unpack & put away shopping Coordinate lawn & garden care Assist with pet care: feeding, walking, cleaning litterbox/cages Water & care for houseplants COMPANIONSHIP Companionship and conversation Accompany on outings, visits, and vacations Accompany on walks, light exercise Read out loud: newspapers, books, magazines Go to lunch, dinner, coffee Attend plays, lectures, religious services Play games & cards, participate in crafting or hobbies Assist with entertainment: movies, tv, books, etc. ASSISTANCE Maintain calendar and schedule appointments Driving/Transportation for errands and appointments Assist with computer use Organize papers, photographs, files, drawers, closets, cabinets Organize mail & correspondence, including bill paying Answer telephone calls and door Emergency planning & procedures MORE Additional services may be available; just ask!
