My family member has had reasonable care there with the owners. They are fantastic. Flavis is the male owner of the facility and he does a great job with the residence and trying his best to meet their needs, even the extra demanding people that need more patience. He is very capable of helping them in and out of bed and chairs and bathroom facilities. However we have had some problems with his extra staff that fills in for him when he is out of town or gone for some reason. The staff doesn't seem to know the routines of the residence and things are not communicated well to them. They have little patience for the residence with extra needs and are easily angered by the residents if they are less then compliant with their requests. We have been very displeased with the added help that Flavis has brought in and are very much considering moving our family member out of there. Which is a shame because Flavis does such a good job with him. However the added staffs behavior which happens to be a family member of the owners should not be tolerated by anyone who has a family member in a care facility.
