We liked Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons because it was the cheapest. When they gave us the package for the rental of the apartment, the one thing that we liked the most was that med management was included. It's not considered a level of care. It's just part of their basic assisted living, which we love. The facility is beautiful. They have lots of activities. It's not too big, but it's also not too small. The staff was super friendly. The place was gorgeous. Cleanliness was top-notch. It's amazing. I took my sister over there and toured her around, and she just couldn't get over how clean it was and how beautiful it was. It just looked so light, vibrant, and happy. Not gross and old.

Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons was nice. The staff was very nice and informative about the questions that I had. I was impressed with Arbor Terrace. The place was very clean and modernized. She had a lot of detail on all the subjects we talked about. She showed me a one-bedroom apartment. They showed me some of the activities that were going on and the physical exercise areas.

Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons was very nice. It's right off of I-95. The staff was very nice when I came by to visit. They were very amenable. I gave them pretty good marks. The facility was very nice. The staff sat there and conversed with us while we were waiting for our visitation.

I went to look at Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons. The prices were a little lower which made it interesting. They also had a lot of activities going on. They had studio apartments available, which was all my friend needed so that also made it interesting. There are a lot of activities going on for holidays, inviting families for Thanksgiving and Veterans Day. The staff were very cheerful and very optimistic. The facility was very open and welcoming.

I toured HarborChase of Prince William Commons. That's a luxury. You walk in and you immediately think you're in a very upscale Marriott. It's beautiful. It's large. The lobby itself has furniture and paintings. The hostess desk was very friendly. I was early, so I was waiting for the person to give me the tour, and off to the side, you can see that they have a little bistro area. It was wonderful. They're wonderful. I would choose to stay there myself. The activities are top-notch. They even have a shuttle bus, and every Friday, whoever signs up can go to Target or Dollar Tree. That's a great, great amenity. They had multiple rooms, and then they have a larger outside area with the patio and the furniture and all that. Every Monday, they would take a group walk. They had great amenities and great choices to do. The facilities were wonderful.

My dad has been in HarborChase of Prince William Commons. I chose this facility because it's the best one that I saw in the Woodbridge area. It's new, it's clean, and the people are very friendly. The apartments are a tad small, but very modern and clean. The food is excellent because they have their own chef in the memory care. They care about each person that comes in there. They really get to know them and what they like, that way they make sure that they can keep up with their day-to-day routine and what they like to do. They really get to know them, which is what I like. They're very patient. My dad is happy with the food. The facility is very nice and very new. Right now, because of COVID, they're very limited on what they can do. They can't take them anywhere and stuff like that. That kind of bothers my dad, but that's not the facility's fault.

HarborChase of Prince William Commons was a 5-star hotel. It is beautiful, clean, and the staff was very friendly. We made a tour at 8:00 on a Saturday morning, and they had made baked goods and put it out for us like doughnuts, muffins and they had fruit, water, and coffee. They know how to bring you in. They had a lot of activities like movie nights, dance nights, and a lot of activities in the memory center. The rooms were nice and spacious.

My mother is in the memory care of HarborChase of Prince William Commons. It's close to my home, and it met a few other criteria in spades. It's a very elegant and nice place. She's been there for a little over a month. I would recommend them because they're very caring, very interested in taking care of the people, thoughtful, attentive, and just nice to work with. The way they present their food is very elegant with silverware, glassware, and no paper napkin. It's all top quality and like a hotel.

HarborChase of Prince William Commons is fabulous. They're taking wonderful care of my father. The unit that he's in is called The Sound. The staff is very caring and keep me up to date with everything. The administration has been wonderful and the CNA's are phenomenal.
