My mother was a resident at Crystal Gardens #1 on Bostwick Drive in Springfield. I can't express in words our regard for the staff of this super caring facility. There is room for only six residents and that makes the care much more personal and keeps people safer from infections. #1 has everything on one level, which allows easy mobility for folks who use walkers, as my mother was able to do for most of her stay. They went out of their way to prepare meals they knew my mother would like and were very gracious to her and our family. We never regretted having her there and admire the respect and concern they hold for all their residents.

My Mother lived there for the last 2 years. I can't say enough good things about Crystal Gardens Staff and facilities. She was so well taken care of that I didn't have to worry about her care at all. I could concentrate on visiting her and not worrying about her. I had her in a big facility before Crystal Gardens and what a difference. Crystal Gardens loves their patients like they are their own mothers/fathers. This is a perfect place for your mother/father when they reach the stage when they need a lot of care. I called it a cruise ship. Food, entertainment (karaoke and games) and most importantly love and caring. I miss Mom so much now. But I feel good that we found the best possible care for her and surprisingly, the cost was very reasonable and straight forward compared to the big facilities. Holly

My mother-in-law is in Crystal Gardens. The great thing about it is that they provide 24-hour care for her, so she's never alone in her room. They give wonderful care and do everything for her. They do some social things, like they play cards, they do karaoke and they dance with them too. I think they also have a music therapist that comes in. It is always clean and I have not seen anything about them at all. I will recommend it to friend and family.
