I have moved into Vitality Living Arlington. The people are very friendly. I came from another place, and the food is much better here. There's a place where you sit down and you order your meals, and the waiters and waitresses are quite friendly, and they know your name. And within a couple of days, several of them knew who I was and what I like. It's kind of fun. They were very friendly when I moved in. Since I'm not going to be here very long, they were helpful in furnishing a studio apartment for me. They're helpful in helping me figure out what I needed. The professional staff are great. The aides helped me with a lot of various things I needed to get. They're very accommodating and quite kind. There's a 24-hour nurse, which is important. There's an outdoor patio and a beauty salon. They offer laundry service and transportation within five miles. There are lots of games and things that they play, and they have a movie every night or late afternoon.

My brother has moved into Vitality Living Arlington, and everything's fine. It looks like a well-run place, organized and clean. They have good amenities. It's got a little library, a little beauty parlor barber, and a rehab space for the residents. The dining room is very nice. The staff is very nice. My brother says the food is good. Value for money seems good.

I toured Vitality Living Arlington. It looked like a great facility. It looked like the staff was friendly. It looked clean. It's right here in my backyard, so the location was good. The parking is terrible for visitors, so that's not a good thing. If you're going to go every daym you have to solve the parking problem to see your loved one. The staff was fine from what I saw. It looked like the facilities were good or above average. They had a dining area, recreational areas, and a nice outdoor place to sit.

I toured Vitality Living Arlington and it made a really good impression. They just couldn't accept my mom because she couldn't get up on her own and they needed a type of lift, so she got disqualified. But I was impressed with their facilities. I walked in there for my tour at lunchtime. They've got a cafeteria-style service there, and the food smelled incredibly inviting. I was sorry I couldn't eat when I was there because it smelled good. They're top-notch, really clean and modern, and there were no signs of things being worn out or anything. Everything appeared to be pretty fresh. I also had a good impression of the people who gave me the tour, they were very clear with answering any questions I had and providing information that they thought I would need that I hadn't thought of asking. That's a place I wished I could have gotten my mom into because that was so far and above what I saw in the Pittsburgh area.

We toured Vitality Living Arlington. It was large, very clean, very warm, and very welcoming. It was a very impressive place. They have very friendly staff, too. They have the ability for transportation to go out all the time. They also have a library and a salon. It was a bigger facility, but it was just as nice. We did not try the food, but the residents were praising the food because they were eating then.

Vitality Living Arlington was the one that I liked the best for my father and it's very close to me. Our tour experience was great. The rep has been in contact with me and he knows my situation now. He was very informative. The place was very nice. I like the care levels they have, the number of nurses, and the people that they have working there that will take care of my dad or my mom. I was impressed. I looked at their menu, and it seemed good. They have different plans for different diets and whatnot. They pretty much can take anybody's diet in there. It's in the city, so there isn't too much of an outdoor, but the facility is laid out nicely. It does have some little outdoor sitting areas. The rep introduced me to the physical therapists and some of the staff that works in the facility. Everybody seemed very nice and interested in helping.

My parents are doing very well at Vitality Living Arlington. They've adjusted beautifully there. The community is very active. They can do as much or as little as they want. They exercise every day, do brain games every day, take walks, and join a garden club in which they both love. It's wonderful. So, it's been very good for them. They say the food is outstanding, too. They have a beauty salon, 24-hour health care, a nurse on call, physical therapy, a little library, a little movie area, a little computer area up on the ninth floor with two computers that residents can use, and snacks and drinks available all day. They have different activities based on the month and they go on outings (like when they went to the Smithsonian).

I got to tour Vitality Living Arlington. It's more geared to someone who can move around and be mobile, and that place isn't a fit for our needs. It was a great place. It's clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It seemed like a great place for a family person who'd feel comfortable that their loved one would not fall. It was a very special place. The staff who gave the tour was an excellent person. She was on point with everything, and she really was informative on everything that was going on in the building. The suites were fine. You have to bring your own furniture. It was very comfortable. I had no qualms about it at all. It was a decent place. I thought that the dining area looked good, but I didn't eat there. The staff I dealt with was very respectful and good to me.

I toured Vitality Living Arlington. The rooms were the right space. The diet accommodations were good. It's clean. People were friendly. The staff who assisted me, Vicki was her name, she was very knowledgeable and understanding. She talked me through many different aspects of it, so that was helpful. People were eating, and there were people in the open foyer visiting. We went through the arts and crafts room, but nobody was doing anything. The dining area was clean and friendly.

My dad has chosen Vitality Living Arlington. They're very friendly, and they're very clean. They really work with you on options, if you're unable to afford a certain amount; they try to stay within that budget. I like that they're very organized. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's a very friendly place.

I liked Vitality Living Arlington. The staff members were great. They had called me before because that's what I was looking for, and I talked about my mother. They gave me a tour of the areas that I was interested in. They had a lot of variety in their menu. The layout was good. They have an enclosed patio that runs the entire length of the building. They have a beautiful garden. The rooms are nice and clean. Everybody was very friendly, and all the staff acknowledged me as I was walking through the building.

My parents are now here, and it's better than having them at home. Their two-bedroom apartment is fine. They have a lot of demands made upon them by the residents, but they do the best they can. They're doing a better job than I could. The food is OK, and they have activities. It's not more or less expensive than any other place.

It is a high-rise, which is not conducive for my in-laws. My mother-in-law does not like elevators and the only unit available was on the 9th floor. Parking was not good as well. The staff was fine. The person we were supposed to meet wasn't there. The one-bedroom unit had a nice-sized living room and a kitchen. They only had one working elevator and the other elevator was being replaced and wouldn't be finished for another three to six months.

She's been living here for a while and we decided to keep her there. The staff is mostly friendly. We have had problems with getting in contact and meeting with someone about her care plan. The activities are not that robust right now. Her room is a studio and it's neat and clean. There are a few things that are broken, like a curtain that hasn't been fixed yet.

I liked the facility it has independent and assisted living. The staff was very nice; they have nice balconies and courtyards for the summer. The dining room has nice linens, tablecloths, and china. The layout was nice. Everything was nice except I didn’t like the bedrooms. There’s nothing in the room except the bed, dresser, and TV. The bed didn’t look comfortable either, and it looked like a cot.

I liked it very much, but they did not have skilled nursing care and they said they couldn't take care of my sister after they evaluated her. It was very nice. I liked the rooms that they showed me. It seemed a little more institutionalized than I wanted, but all in all, it looked very clean. I was pleased with it. I would've put her there had they accepted someone with her problems.

My Aunt is currently living here. The staff was helpful and the rooms and apartments were fine too. What impressed me most is their individualized kind of care. Overall, the facility was good.

I actually went and visited several times. Every time I went, the staff was very helpful, attentive, and very pleasant. There is a good number of staff. They are helpful with me seeing all the residents. I actually moved my dad in there, so we are very pleased with all the staff and the program that they offer.

It was a very nice place, and my visit was very pleasant. The woman was very helpful and answered all my questions, and I like her approach. When I needed to go to a place, this is the kind of place I would certainly go to. I was very favorably impressed and well treated. The environment seemed very friendly, and the staff were very good. I have nothing but compliments for them. They have all kinds of activities, but I'm pretty much a reader, so I'm not going to be interested in many of the activities that they have. The rooms seemed small to me, but I understand the need for that. I'm just not used to that; I'm used to having more space. I would probably get a one-bedroom if I went there. The facility, the location, and the rooms were fine. It's just a couple of blocks from the Metro Station, which would be very important to me.

I had been here before. They had in-home in the facility or some of the staff was available for the PT. It was bringing in PT that was a plus in our consideration. The attitude was good when we went around seeing the different residents because we probably bumped into more residents there. The staff was calling them by names that they preferred. It was creating a neighborhood and an atmosphere of family type thing; that was outstanding. It was very clean, and the rooms were appropriate for the needs of my particular client at that time.

It was gorgeous. At the end of visitation, my comment was that I would stay there. It was beautiful -- the lobby and the dining room for the residents. It really was a beautiful place, but it was out of our budget for my mother. Their rooms were like little apartments. If you have a single room, it is a good size room with a private bath. If you have a roommate, it is not a shared bedroom. It is two bedrooms. There was always something for people to do.

My mother is moving in. The apartment is very small, but I would say the main reason we chose the facility is because of the staff. They were wonderful. We absolutely fell in love with them. We did the tour at 11 o’clock in the morning, and they offered me and my husband a take-home lunch. We left there with it, and the food was fantastic. That was very smart marketing. Since then, we have been able to eat there a couple of times with my mother, and she is enjoying the food. The dining room is very clean, and the serving staff is wonderful. They have a lot of activities. They have entertainers coming in, and they have a bus that comes in once a week to take them out.

I loved it. I visited this place for my mom. It was very, very nice. It is a high rise, and it does have a very small yard area. It was a beautiful facility, and the people were wonderful. The dining area was very, very clean. Their staff was excellent. The rooms were very spacious and very nice. They have bathrooms and large kitchens.

It is beautiful. The people are very friendly, but they were a little steep for me in terms of cost. A lady took me through the place. It was extremely nice and beautiful. I didn't like the parking because it was on a "first come, first serve" basis. The people who work there were just amazing.

It seemed pretty nice and homey. The place was clean. The staff seemed nice and accommodating. The rooms were pretty nice, and have their own bathrooms, but not spacious. The residents were watching TV or a movie when I was there. Their activities seemed OK. I was pleased with the visit, and I would recommend them to others.

It is more of a corporate type of building. It is bright, but there is some kind of a university feeling in it. The people I saw there were nice. I was able to try the food, and it was a pretty good tasting. They do have some variety. I like the automatic doors when you come in. It makes it easier to get in and get out. My father used to complain about the nurses or the technicians not doing exactly what they said. When they say they are going to come back in a few minutes, it's a lot longer.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. My aunt does exercises, they go on field trips, and on Sundays they provide church services. She said the food is good and there’s just too much food. She just has to watch her weight. She has a studio room, and it’s a good size for her. She adjusted well there in just two weeks. Right now, I have an issue with the invoice and I haven’t heard from them; they should get back to me when they say they will.

My mom has been here for a couple of months now. It is our choice because they have a room on the first floor, which is very important to us because she does not like elevators. Physically, it is light, spacious and pretty. The place feels friendly and homey. We are happy with the staff. It is near the metro system, which is the public transportation that I like using. It is in an urban setting and she will be able to walk to stores, nail salons, hairdressers and restaurants. They have activities, like movies, games, arts and crafts, but she doesn't participate on any of them. They have a bus that takes them to doctor's appointment and other place, however, my mother is too incapacitated to use that. The menu looks very good, they have food choices, however, my mother is picky and she sometimes complains about that. Their price is very reasonable and I can come by anytime to visit my mom.

It was nice, however, we didn't feel comfortable because it was an old Marriott Hotel and it still felt like the Marriott hotel. It wouldn't work with my mother.

My parents lived here for two months. What I like best about the facility was the place itself, it was very nice. My parents had a two-bedroom apartment with two baths and it was by the month payment. They also had a garage. They did not need medical care though. Their staff was very good and they would call everybody by names. They were very caring. They had all kinds of activities like games and exercise. They also served good food. It was a very nice facility.

I visited the facility and had the greatest experience of my life. Colleen, the Executive Director is a well rounded, knowledgeable and love her residents. The director of resident care is amazing. I could not stop looking at him explaining things to the residents and other families. My decision was finalized after he took me through the tour. These staff really take care of the residents. I know I made the right decision of placing my mum there

It seemed very clean and in a pretty good shape. My aunt is currently residing there. The rooms are nice. She shares it with a roommate. It has 2 rooms actually, and they share a common area. I find the staff really attentive. The price is very reasonable compared to a lot of other pricing that we received from other facilities. They have a pretty good schedule of different kinds of activities. They take them outside to go shopping. They have different types of discussions and organized games. One drawback is the food. My aunt complains about the food. I tried eating there and I was not impressed as well. I think the food is not great.

This is a pretty nice home and I noticed that the workers really were taking their time with the patients. When I was there, they were having breakfast and I noticed that several of the nurses were hand feeding the patients who could not do it for theirselves. They were talking to the patients and having a good time with them, it seemed like they really had a bond with the patients and they enjoyed it.
