I love the layout of Autumn Leaves of Stone Oaks. I also love the fact that everybody who works there gets trained on how to deal with Alzheimer’'s patient. It’s very close to my house and offered a lot of things. I like the feeling I had when I was there. The staff is very informative, and I like the fact that they don’t have a high turnover.

All of the employees are very caring and friendly. They are always very busy and I think they could use a little more help because they are always giving 200%.

They are very caring and always show care and concern even in difficult situations. My father likes the food and the people who care for him. The staff works very hard to provide activities that are uniquely beneficial and they work hard to engage families. It has a very bright and positive environment!

We choose Autumn Leaves for my parent. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is a great place. They have rooms, and it is a memory care for Alzheimer's and dementia patients. It is fabulous. It is like a hotel. I have eaten there, they have a chef prepared meal, and its great. The dining room is fantastic. They do all types of different activities. They go for a daily walk. They play games. They do activities together in the rooms. I am impressed with the size, the layout, and the staff.
