Evergreen at Richardson was just beautiful. One thing I really liked was they had an outdoor garden where they had a gazebo and everything where people could go sit and visit. They had it so that you could plant things. They had raised beds so that the residents could plant their own vegetables. It was really pretty, and I thought it was a nice detail. The staff was extremely helpful.

They had it so that you could plant things. They had raised beds so that the residents could plant their own vegetables. It was really pretty, and I thought it was a nice detail. Evergreen at Richardson was very nice. Some of the floor plans like the two-bedroom was really very small. The place was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I wasn't able to see any of the rooms, but the floor plans looked nice, and the lady that showed me around was very nice. The only problem I had with Evergreen was the fact that it was very large. It was multi-story apartments, and that did not appeal to me. But other than that, everything else looked fine.

I'm very well pleased with Evergreen. Their apartment was exceedingly nice and clean. The people that I have met are very friendly. It's close to my children. I've paid for my room and I'm moving in soon.
