My mother stayed at Springfield for over 5 years. It used to be a wonderful, caring and homey place. After they went through the most recent round of firings, it has really changed. My mother was found slumped over after breakfast. Lori told me that she had called hospice but they didn't respond, so she called 9-1-1. I have the call records and she lied to me about this. Many personal items have also been stolen or "lost" according to the new staff. I would keep very far away from this place. It was awesome, but no longer. Glad we moved my mother after she got out of the hospital!

My mother lived at Springfield Senior Living for 4 years. It is a loving, caring, and beautiful home. We loved her being in their care. Excellent place!!
