Bertha's Care Home was nice, well kept, clean, and organized. The staff was professional and courteous. They have minimal activities, and those activities were structured just right for the residents that were there. They have an entertainment area that has television and movies available. It's like a private home. They have all the things needed to be protected protected, and the storage areas that were supposed to be locked were locked. It was very well organized. The one attendant I saw seemed to be interacting with the residents very well and they seemed comfortable and at ease with her.

The homes are provided with security measures in mind with handicap accessible bathrooms and bedrooms. Our trained and experienced caregivers provide compassionate, individualized personal care along with quality meals. We also provide linens, daily cleaning supplies and whole house cleaning services. Gracious Care Homes provide: We provide care for alzheimers, dementia, parkinsons, stroke, and all other ailments that do not require round the clock skilled nursing. Staff ratio is 1:3 in smaller homes and 1:4 in larger homes. In most homes with 5+ residents, there are 2 caregivers on staff per day. We offer 3 nutritious meals and 2 snacks in all homes. Activities, music therapy, trips to senior centers, spiritual services.
