I am living in Lake Providence and I choose it because it is a beautiful place with nice houses. The people are very friendly and accommodating. My house is very spacious and everything is on one level. I have two car garages with no steps and it is very conveniently and designed for wheelchairs or disabled people. They had a clubhouse and workout rooms with lots of activities. This is a nice community and I am really happy here.

My husband and I were looking for a place for the future. We swim 3 times a week, we drive and travel all over. I'm 75 and he's 92. We're both healthy now. But we realized in the future we may need it. We have gone to many facilities but we found a place in Lake Providence and this is the one we liked best. What we like best about this community is that it has 2 swimming pools and we both love to swim. It has everything. We do a lot of wood working. They have wood working shop. They have many clubs and we would be buying a golf cart because you can go to the grocery store on golf cart. They have a private driveway to a shopping center so that you can go there and drive on the back way without having to get on the road. This is our favorite! All the people and staff are friendly and amazing. This is a great place to live. Highly recommended.
