They are very happy to see the people, and they talk really nicely to them at the Autumn Villa. It is just a really nice, small community, and everybody is nice to each other there. The nurses know each person by name, and they all join in together; they all look out for each other over there. All the guys would be out walking together, and all the the ladies are laughing and having a good time. It seems to be a nice community, and they are just caring to them. And the nurses -- the girls who are working there -- they are always saying, "Hi, it is going to be lunch time in 10 minutes." And then they'll say, "Please come down and join us." They are so cute when they talk to the elderly people, and the elderly people really like that because they feel like they matter if they are being talked to directly. They have Bingo, and they play many different games that the elderly can do that don't require a lot of brain power. They do ice-cream nights on Sundays, and then they do some baking. They'll speak out how many cookies they want, and then the representative will put them in the oven, and they can put whatever they want on top of it. It is really nice because they have a lot of different nice activities to do. They go outside and plant herbs -- even the people who have arthritis. They have a certain way of doing it, so they can participate also. They do a lot of good little things there. When somebody needs them, the nurses are right there because when my dad had an issue, the other man who was right there saw what was happening, and before my father can even push the buzzer, the guy was right there. And then they called me five or ten minutes after it happened. They contacted me, he got the care right at hand, and everything happened very well. They didn't let him sit and wait for a long time.
