Thank you for the nice things you said about our community, but I am very concerned with the more frustrating issues you've been perceiving with some of our associates. Our goal is to not only provide excellence in the areas that you're happy with, but also in every aspect of your experience at The Lighthouse at Lincoln. Unfortunately, we're not always perfect in achieving that, and we need our residents and families to let us know how we can continually improve. Your lack of satisfaction is not acceptable to me, and I encourage you to contact me directly so that we can sit down and make things right. Sincerely, Valerie Houshar Executive Director
