The rooms are spacious. The building is not too big so it's comfortable for the residents to get familiar with the building. It's a home feeling when you walk in. Residents are not locked in one hallway or a separate sections, it's a whole memory care community.

I spoke with one of the women there. They're fully Medicaid and memory care. I like it completely. I don't have any dislikes. They seemed very good with their patients from what we could see. Everything looked good. Some of the services they offer were great. The lady that helped us was awesome. She was a good person. I liked her a lot. Everything was nice. Average- sized rooms and great common space for everybody. They had a huge downstairs, so it was nice. We're very pleased with it. They were getting ready to eat when we were there and we kind of didn't want to bother their guests. I know they have a great chef. The facility looked nice and it was fairly clean. I was only there for a couple of hours and I think they were great.

My mother was he,re which was a beautiful place, but they didn't take Medicaid. I highly recommend it. They have their own apartments there. The place is very clean. The food is amazing. They have their own personal chef. The apartments are beautiful. It's like a studio apartment with a nice, big bathroom and a little kitchen area. The dining area is absolutely beautiful. It looks like a five-star restaurant. They take them on field trips and to restaurants. They have people come in and entertain once a week. They do movies and all kinds of activities. All the staff were extremely nice. It's expensive because my mother doesn't have a lot of money. They go by the level of care because there are different levels of dementia.

My sister has moved in. The entire staff is all very professional. They know how to deal with her, and they know how to deal with the disease. They're always there to help her. The place is beautiful. Her room is excellent. She has a large bathroom, a kitchen with a refrigerator, a cupboard on top and a cupboard on the bottom, and she has drawers for silverware and stuff. They have microwaves, but I asked them to check that out. I have tried the food, and it's excellent. For amenities, they have family meetings every month. They have a backyard where they can go, and they have a gazebo where you can sit outside. Everything is locked including the front door, so there's no way she could get out. She enjoys the activities. They have a lot of activities. She loves to dance, and she listens to music, so they have provided her with a lot of that.

It is a nice place. It was a very good fit for my mom and everybody there was very caring and very friendly. When I visited, the residents seemed to be very comfortable and they had their own space with some people playing bingo. What's nice about it is that they're qualified or certified for an additional level of care. They have extra licenses to have an extra level of care. The facility looks really clean too and very easy to get to. They looked like they had a lot of space and the structure seemed pleasant for the seniors. In the spring, they seem to have a nice outdoor court where the seniors can go. It's a full-time memory care and the staff, from what I've seen, was very friendly. They're also very reasonably priced.

My mom has been in here. It's a hundred percent memory care facility. She looks much better than she did, and she's actually very happy being there. The staff is also amazing. They're very caring and they actually checked my mom in at midnight. I don't think many places would do that. In fact, the rehab center where my mom was said that there's no way for them to check her that late at night, but here they did, and they were excellent. She said the food is delicious too, and she's always in an activity. She made a bracelet and plays cards. They also have bingo and manicure Mondays.

I would do nothing but recommend it. My wife is happy and smiling there. The only problem we have, and everybody has, is that we can't go inside to visit or make an appointment, and that's not their fault. The staff is professional and is what you could hope for in a medical facility for this purpose. They're excellent. It's very clean, well arranged, and not cluttered.

STAY AWAY! I put my Mom here and she was dead in less than two months. I saw her the Monday of the week she died & when I left I said to myself she's going to live till 100! That Wednesday she was fatigued & not eating. She was seen by their doctor, blood tests were requested, one of their aids asked my Mom if she needed to go to the hospital, AND NOT ONE OF THEIR FIVE STAFF WHO KNEW MY LEGALLY BLIND MOTHER WITH DEMENTIA WAS NOT WELL CALLED ME. My Mom died Thursday night. Had they had the courtesy to call me I would have been there immediately. Their excuse is that she said she was fine - well my Mom was not a complainer & she would have been very scared at the thought of going to the hospital without her daughter. Also, since my Mom had only lived there less than 2 months you think they'd call since they weren't that familiar with her habits. Their staff lied to the RI DOH when I requested an investigation - the woman at the front desk who claimed she sang with my Mom & loved my Mom told the DOH that she was not familiar with my Mom. Shame on these people! STAY AWAY!!

I absolutely love Victoria Court where do I even begin! From the moment I walked in to visit a friend at the facility it felt very comfortable, it felt like I was home. I am always greeted with a smiling face and every employee I see is always smiling and welcomes me with a warm hello. You can tell by how every employee interacts with other residents that they actually know them, care for them and love their job! The facility is very nice, clean and well kept. The apartments are a nice size, plenty of room for a larger bed, couch and even a kitchen table. They have a beautiful courtyard with a gazebo that is so private and it's so relaxing to sit outside for some fresh air. My friend loves the activities there, especially the musical guests, bingo and the crafts. The nursing team is amazing and will tend promptly to anything of concern with care. Kudos to the management staff at Victoria Court for a job well done! You all are amazing and very special to not only my friend but to me too!

We chose here for my in-laws, and they're very happy with it. My wife liked it based on the location, and the service they provide in as far as allowing them to stay together, even though my father-in-law does not have Alzheimer's. We've been to a couple of family cookouts and they have Bingo. They seemed to be satisfied with the different variety of food and three meals are served a day.
