Atria Draper Place is a lovely place. It's beautiful and clean. It's a nice small community. The woman was very caring. Unfortunately, it is a little further than my friend was comfortable going. The rooms were nice. Every room was a little bit unique because it had been an old mill building. They had very high ceilings and lots of light. The rooms looked clean and modern.

I went to Atria Draper Place. The rooms were nice there. They were a little larger than the other facility. They had a little bit more selection of rooms for me at the time, which is because they had openings. Atria was probably the best price. I got the impression that the other facility was a little bit more full service from the get-go, whereas Atria you'd be adding services. And that's all fine. The price was so good at Atria that that made sense. So, that's why Atria is still on my list. So if things fall through on the other facility for some reason, Atria will be the next one in line.

My Friend, T lived here and he was very happy. He had many friends and joined in activities - Especially Community Government and Happy Hour. He still drove and often went out to visit other friends. The people here were very nice and everything was always very clean.

Before I moved here I lived alone and now I don't have to clean or cook. I enjoy Happy Hour and enjoy the camaraderie and talking and joking. My apartment has plenty of room and is very bright and sunny. My daughter and grandchildren are near by and come to visit often.

I moved here this year and was glad to. I was living at home alone and now I don't have to clean or cook. I enjoy Happy Hour and enjoy the camaraderie and joking. It was lonely when I was at home. They activities are fun and we go shopping. My apartment is big and sunny. My daughter and grandchildren are nearby and they come here often to visit.

What I liked the best about Atria Draper Place was that it's very close to me. It's clean and fairly new. It's in a great location downtown. You could walk right to the water. They have a big pond there. The fire department was directly behind them. So, if anything happens, they're there in a heartbeat. The residents do a lot with the fire department, too, which is nice. The staff is very pleasant and very nice. They walk tjhe residents outside. The woman that I had spoken to was so good at doing what she could to help me. She said "Even if there isn't anything, I can get your sister into a studio and then move her up. I will accommodate her in any way we have." She also said to me that if I don't have something there, she can refer me to other places. She can look up and see if they have any openings sooner than we do. I know a couple of ladies that are in there and they love it. The facility was very nice. It was an old factory building that they redid for a retirement community and it's beautiful. They had the big old windows, but they're all remodeled. So, it's all updated. I love it. It's very up my sister's alley. Hopedale is a very tiny town, but in front of them is a main road and then behind them, like I mentioned, was the fire department. So, that would be the only downfall, but the woman that I know who lives there said it doesn't bother her. She said that she barely hears the fire trucks anymore when they're leaving.

My friend was very happy to be living here. The staff were very caring and some became like family to her. Everyone went the extra mile to see that she was well cared for and happy. She especially looked forward to the activities, whether is was making pizzas, playing bingo or going to the casino, she enjoyed them all!

The Atria Draper Place facility was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean, which I was very impressed with. The sales director was very, very helpful and caring. So our opinion is that facility is really topnotch. They have all the usual amenities, they have memory care, and they have a great dining room. They have activities for my parents to participate in if they so desire, and they have nurses, and check ins. So they have all the services that we required for my parents. It's absolutely beautiful there and the director of sales, Donna, is really topnotch.

Atria Draper Place gave me a great tour. They're very personable people. It's nice and clean. There were lots to do, like leaving the facility, painting, playing bingo, and they have a book club. They were talking about a book they've read, and they talked about blueberry picking and walking clubs and stuff like that. They had nice big rooms and comfortable chairs well used by lots of the people who stayed there. It's a much older place though, and they need updating. I think they were working on getting new rugs when I was there. They need a little updating on their decor and stuff like that.

My father moved into Atria Draper Place. I'm very happy with the place. They are very responsive every time I need anything. It's been great for my dad. He loves it. The staff members are excellent. Everybody has been great. My dad's apartment is beautiful and very clean. It's like a one-bedroom apartment, and it's fully furnished. They have an equity calendar every day. They have church services and a salon there. There are a lot of different seating areas. They have happy hour, puzzles, a bar, common areas with TVs, and a library area to sit. They provided everything we needed.

We toured Atria Draper Place. It was clean but older, and it was in a location that we didn't care for. The apartments were small but that's how it is everywhere, I just didn't feel right there. Also, the people were quite a bit older than we are. The person who gave us the tour was very good, she was thorough and showed us everything. The activities were similar to what other places had, it just didn't impress me. They had a movie room, a library, and other activities they do, and the staff we met was very helpful. But they also didn't have wi-fi.

My Mother-in-Law has been at this facility in Hopedale a little over a year. She loves it and has made a lot of friends. They always have something fun planned for them to do and she really enjoys Happy Hour. The building is always clean and very welcoming. She also raves about the food. We couldn’t be happier!

I would highly recommend Atria, they made this transition for my mother and our entire family so seamless. I feel secure with the level of care, assistance and life my mother is able to continue having at Atria. The rooms are very spacious and the community is well put together. It is easy to maneuver around the building and gives plenty of space/options for my mother to be able to leave her room and enjoy her day. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming, I honestly cannot imagine choosing a different place for my mother. Highly, highly recommended!

Atria Draper Place has been a very positive transition for my family. This was a difficult decision to leave a family home and transition to Atria but in short time, we've seen the many benefits and safety that come with this move. The staff have been tremendous; always available and friendly. The facility itself is beautiful with many options in the common space areas for visiting with company or just relaxing with the morning newspaper. Every area is clean, bright and welcoming. The apartment has a great layout allowing for personal furniture and decorations to make it feel like "home." And the weekly cleaning has alleviated the burden of caring for a large scale home. The staff has gone out of their way to welcome new residents and assist with the transition to their new apartment including introductions to new neighbors and other residents who are quickly forming new friendships. Mealtime always includes the opportunity to be seated with others and share a meal together. While simultaneously it is easy to get a meal to-go if it's preferred to eat at another time in the apartment. Knowing our family members are in a safe environment with staff there to assist should a need arises has alleviated concerns of an elder previously living on their own. And it's a joy to see residents living an engaging life while maintaining independence and making new friendships.

We like the rooms they had at Atria Draper Place. They were bigger than the other places. There was no community fee. The other two places had community fees. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-kept. The staff were excellent. The dining area was clean and neat. We did not try the food. Just walking through, we've seen the activity rooms but no activities were going on at that time. There was a patio. I didn't see any trash around or anything. Everything looked in excellent shape.

My overall experience with Atria Draper Place was very good. I liked it very much. The rooms were very nice. The upkeep was very good. It was very clean and very well kept. The staff who gave me the tour was exceptional. They're very good. They had bingo, and they have a place where people could go for a haircut or travel. The dining area looked great and very well kept. It looked very good. They have very good people to deal with. It is certainly a place that I would very much like to go.

The ambience at Atria Draper Place was good. I loved the fact that they were very close to the fire and police station, so they get a lot of help should they have issues with falling. They seemed to have some of that going on. I just liked the whole atmosphere and the people I talked to. It seemed to be a really nice fit for my parents. The rooms were big with really high ceilings. I liked the setup and everything. They had kitchen areas with stove tops (as opposed to just a microwave). The location was OK. They have work going on outside across the street, but I'm sure it'll be finished in time. It was just very comfortable, and all of the residents that we interacted with were all very friendly and happy there. I like it there a lot. They had different little stations around that people can engage in conversation, church activities, and an onsite salon. The person who toured us was great too.

I have found the staff at Atria Draper Place to be very caring and ready to help at any given moment. Everyone is friendly, understanding and patient. My father is 100 years old and he is being treated every day with respect, kindness and the experience of caregivers who understand his needs.

Im a family member of a resident at atria draper place , and i have encountered nothing but love and care from all of the staff, including JASON , TAMMY , ANDREA and DANIELLE - the reason I helped my DAD choose Atria Draper Place , is the facility is the perfect size and the apts are a good size and the food is always good and they know what your favorite foods are and they make sure you get them. The attention given to my DAD is excellent and thats what I wanted , so I wont worry about him , theres always someone to watch over him and he deserves that , cause he's the best DAD ever. Dad stays active and attends the exercise classes. Dad goes along each day at his own pace . Atria's staff know him and again Watch over him.

Atria Draper Place was great. We thought it would be perfect. Beverly, who accommodated me, was awesome, sweet, genuine, very caring, and understanding. We didn't eat while we were there, but they gave us some homemade muffins to take home that were outstanding. There was a meal going on, and people were eating.

I liked Atria Draper Place. It was nice. Each of the rooms were uniquely shaped. It felt nice and airy. It did not look like it had that much of an outdoor area because the building was right in the midst of other buildings. The dining room was lovely. It had lots of light and air. It was very attractive.

Everything looked lovely, clean, neat and tidy at the Atria. The rooms were smaller though and not so bright and cheerful. The commute was far but I knew both my in laws would prefer to stay in Hopedale. There was very little parking and that was a big issue. The woman who toured us was very nice.
