I thought this was a very nice facility, and my grandmother liked it as well. This facility is located in a convenient location in the heart of Pittsburgh, and near the highway, so it's easy for anyone to get to. The staff was very friendly and attentive when we visited, and the residents seemed very happy and busy with activities. We were told there's an activities director on site to help keep the residents active and happy, and that day trips are planned often as well. The food was very good when we there; I'd say the best out of any place we visited. We also appreciated that the rooms were decorated very nice; made to feel more like home than a facility. I think anyone looking for a facility with friendly staff and a home-like feel would like this place very much.
