I toured here. I thought the cleanliness, the smell, the layout, all the places, and the eating areas, I mean everything looked accessible. Their activities are scheduled and stuff. I came on a Saturday. The two people that were on staff there were quite young and very young people have no long-term experience whatsoever. The one gal who would have probably known stuff more quickly would have been the regular staff. I was just thinking that whatever day of the week, there would be somebody there who would be fully knowledgeable.

I toured for a loved one. It was a good tour. It was thorough. Rhonda was very outgoing and informative, and she showed me the two levels of care they provide and showed me examples of the rooms. She showed me the facility, the dining room, the library, and the facilities in general. For the independent living, I just looked at the studio. It was one room with a sink and then the bathroom and the large windows. It comes unfurnished. There are no kitchen facilities, but there is a sink and a room for a microwave. It was very clean.

It is an older place. I didn't like the parking. It wasn't close enough to the door, if you're handicapped. The staff members were nice enough. They had a resident to show us their place, and that one didn't have a bedroom. It just had a place off to the side of the front room with a place for your bed. They provide three meals a day.
