The staff at Meadowlake was very friendly, took us on a tour of the facilities, showed us the living accommodations, and explained to us what they had to offer. They tried to help all they could. The rooms were big, clean, and well taken care of.

The Meadow Lake was very nice with huge, nice rooms. The community is set up more like of a retirement village, but they do assisted living. They have different activities like bingo but don’t offer transportation to the residents for their appointments or if they want to go shopping.

My mother is in Meadow Lake Retirement Village. The community is fine. People are friendly. They have activities and trips to Walmart and to the casinos. They play cards and dominoes. They have different programs.

Meadow Lake is totally full. It is very nice and more reasonably price than some; however, it has a lot of very long hallways. If you have someone like my dad that is 92 and walking with a walker, to walk as far as those places to get to the dining room wasn't feasible for him. It is very nice, and I think it will be a good place for a lot of people. In fact, I have a friend whose brother is in there, and they really like it. But it didn't work for my dad, and it has a wait list. I toured the whole place, and I toured the nursing home side as well. It is fairly new, so it is very clean. The rooms are very large, probably some of the largest rooms that I saw when I was touring other places. I think it is great. They have washers and dryers in the room, and they have laundry services there too.

My in-laws are in Meadow Lake. It was a nice facility and least expensive. They had a little yard place and a patio with chairs. They had pretty size rooms. The staff was good and friendly. The rooms and the dining room were spacious. The food was good. They had lots of activities like bingo, exercise, ice-cream social and they had groups come in to sing. However, it would be better if they would act or fix things quicker. I would recommend them to others.

I had a look at Meadowlake Farm and they have very large rooms. It was originally built as an independent living, but apparently it didn't go over so they turned it into assisted living that is why the rooms are very large and they actually do have kitchens. The staff were very nice.
