My mother entered this facility after a fall, hoping to recover. Instead, she declined rapidly. Once vibrant and outspoken, she became confused and withdrawn. Her oxygen concentrator failed, backup tanks were empty, and nurses delayed responding—even during emergencies. I found her soaked through her bedding, left unattended, and without her necessary medications like Humira. Despite repeatedly telling staff this was not her normal behavior, they showed little urgency. Her breathing worsened, and only after multiple requests did they order a chest X-ray. She contracted Influenza A during her stay and passed away shortly after. This facility was supposed to help her heal. Instead, it failed her completely. I wouldn’t trust them with anyone I love.
