My loved one has been at CareCore of Montgomery for almost four months and I have visited often at vsrious times the day. So far, after the normal adjustment period of getting used to this facility as well as them getting to know my loved one, I have been pleased with the care they are receiving. I know my loved one is safe with an ankle alarm in case of wondering, they are well cared for, well fed, offered activities to participate in if they choose, and receives physical therapy, and proper medical attention as needed. I have had experiences with four other nursing homes in this area with other family members in past years so I feel experienced in my assessment here. As of this writing, I find the staff at Carecore of Montgomery to be very accommodating, willing to please to individual needs of the many different personalities. I find them to be very open to family suggestions, or requests and do whatever it takes to make being there as pleasant an experience as possible for both the residents and Carecore of Montgomery. I will continue to update.

The staff is caring from the start. Having a relative in the facility was made easy and we always felt reassured that the care was superb and clean! Keep up the good work!

I highly recommend staying away from Montgomery Care Center facility. When I am in town every 2-3 months, I visit my Uncle in long-term care. The majority of the nurses and just about all of the part-time nurse aids are disrespectful and could care less about what they do. It’s clear that they are not being held accountable from management. They use profanity, raise their voices, and take their time. I stayed late one night, and witnessed a nurse aid sleeping in the lobby while 2 rooms had their help light on for over 20 minutes. While the service is poor, the facility needs a huge renovation. They make it look nice on the outside, but the inside is completely outdated and desperately needs an update.

I was just at Montgomery Care Center for 2 months after my knee surgery and hip fracture for rehab. The staff was very caring, facility was clean, food was delicious. Very surprised how good the food was for a nursing home, spoke with the chef and he comes from fine dining. I would recommend this facility to any friend or family member.

I have visited Montgomery Care Center. I liked it a lot because they accept Medicaid, but the bad thing about it is that it's not a secure facility, and since my mother has Alzheimer's, I'm afraid she'll wander away. However, I would recommend this place. I thought Montgomery Care Center was clean, and it had a very nice environment. They had been very accommodating.
