CareCore At Montgomery is owned by the same people as the other place I've been. They sent me here after not giving me rehab there, and they still haven't given me any rehab here. The room was tight and tiny, but it was cleaner. They had two people jammed in one room. The food was bland, and they never had what was on the menu. They never served you that. The food was horrible. There were one or two pretty good nurses and things like that. But all the agency people that they used were unknowledgeable about the residents. It was really hard trying to get your care taken care of properly. Requests for services or medicines take weeks before you get them. It was horrible. They need to improve on everything. They need to improve the nursing staff and the nursing services they give to the residents. They need to improve on the patients themselves as far as letting the patients do whatever they wanna do. They ignore the health code; everything has to be improved because the facility is so, so bad. They had a little salon lady come in and do your hair. They got a little beauty shop, but the beautician who came in did not have hot water to even wash my hair. They had to funnel in containers of water to wash my hair because they had the boiler in the kitchen.
