Whether it's the sound of laughter coming down the hall from one of the fun activities going on, the proud smile on a resident's face after meeting a challenging goal with therapy, or the sight of a resident up enjoying themselves after being nursed back to health from an illness, I am constantly reminded why I chose this facility."

"The staff is very caring and friendly and hospice has been exceptional. The facilities are clean and well cared for. Everything has been explained well to us and we are very pleased with what has happened in our experiences with my mom there with Alzheimer's. The food is also well done. This is certainly one of the finer facilities. "

"This place treated our family like family. The staff was wonderful. Especially the therapy group. We didn't know what we were going to do when the insurance stop paying but the woman in the office helped out tremendously. Visiting was hard for awhile but they made sure we talked even using the staffs personal phones because none are in the rooms. It was very clean, and the food was good. I like that that they got to know all of us and made us feel comfortable in making the hard decisions. I wish we could do something for them workers because you don't find many people that are willing to be convalescent home workers because of low pay and what you hear but this place is good."

"I am responsible for an elderly friend and selected White Oak Manor- Rock Hill because of other helpful reviews. Now I have the privilege of writing one that might help someone else. This facility is very nice and clean. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. They were extremely nice, helpful, patient and respectful in what might have been a very frustrating experience -- all times of the day and night. They were knowledgeable and thorough in their duties - from the receptionists, to the nurses, to the social workers and everyone in between. They were able to answer all my questions and were as prompt as could possibly be expected in returning phone calls. They were all very professional and I couldn't be more appreciative. "

"My mother was a patient here last month and spent approximately two weeks in this facility. The staff was wonderful and treated her like she was their mother. The food was above average and contributed to her weight gain which was a must for her health at the time. The physical therapist went out of their way to make sure my mother received the best of care which contributed to her overall health improvement allowing her to return back home ahead of schedule. I would refer this facility in the near future to all. The dietitian spent time with my mother from beginning to end to make sure she received the best nutritional food available. "

"My mother is in Chester Nursing Center. She has improved and is doing quite well. They have activities and something different to do almost every day. The rooms are fine. The staff is excellent. All the people I've been associated with are very good. They have at least three meals a day and snacks. They have just about anything you can think of. They wash the clothes, have people come in to get haircuts, makeup people, and do nails for the ladies."

"We found a place for my father. It's Pruitthealth Union Pointe. The facility is really nice. It's a newer facility with lots of amenities. They have been really responsive; constant communication. I'm feeling comfortable right now with them. The room looks nice. I haven't been able to go in because of the COVID, but I can see the rooms from the window. The rooms are very nice. My father is currently in the skilled nursing side rehabbing right now, and possibly moving to long-term."

"The rooms are beautiful at Park Point Village. I like everything about it. We had a tour and we were able to spend a night there and we liked that every much. "

"My sister is at Lake Park Nursing Center. It's a nice, well-kept facility that had some renovations. They have some private and semi-private rooms. The staff is very caring, very friendly, and take good care of the residents. They have bingo, church services, singers come in, Christmas parties, paint their fingernails, and have a forum for people who have suggestions."

"The care at Wellmore of Tega Cay has been excellent. It was far and above better than anything we looked at. It's a top-notch senior living place with everything available from rehab, memory care, and assisted living. They are doing an exceptional job, so that's where my uncle will stay from now on. The staff is terrific; they could be my friends. I could live there myself. My uncle's studio room has a little refrigerator, a microwave, and everything else he could possibly need. They play bingo, musicians come in, and do all kinds of crafts."

"Pineville Rehab was dark and dingy, and the smell of food hits you in the face when you open the door to walk into the place. The room was very small, but the girl was fairly knowledgeable. She was pretty good, and she worked with the different patients. Out in the hallways, the rooms were all kind of dark and dingy, and the nurses and the CNA's were right out in the hall around a desk; it was like chaos. They did have the E-stim, which is the new thing, and they are trying, but they are not to that point just yet. They didn't leave me feeling comfortable with the level of care they could give her because many of the staff were congregated in the hallway where I felt they should have been tending to other patients. The people we met were very friendly. The problem with Pineville -- it was old, dark, and kind of dingy; the rooms were like old paneled walls, and it was dark. It wouldn't be my first choice. They had a very small rehab room, but from what I understand, it's good; I just don't know anything about it. The director of rehab has only been there for a couple of months, so she was fairly new. "

"I cannot say enough great things about this facility! It is always clean, bright and filled with kind staff members when I visit. I have seen the therapy team do outstanding work with patients and their family members. My family member was here for short term rehab after an injury and I could not have been happier with her care! The team really made sure my aunt was receiving the right therapy needed to be able to return home independently. They even have their own home health that they were able to send her home with to continue making sure she was progressing successfully towards her goals. I am forever thankful for the staff at Royal Park for making such a difference. If you are looking for a great facility I highly recommend going to tour the facility and seeing all of the amazing things they have to offer! Thank you! "
