My sister-in-law is at Lancaster Convalescent Center. They don't have enough help, and I think that's the problem. It's pretty old. It could use a little work. The staff members are not friendly. I know the social workers are nice, but that's about it. And the food is not good. There's no activity. All they have is physical therapy. My sister-in-law said that they're working really hard with her. I think the value for money is terrible. Her room is a good size and she is by herself, but she lays in bed all day.

By the time the food it's to the Clients. The food is almost cold. My friend had to wait a long time for someone to help him. And they only have 2 physical Therapist in the building, that get my friend out of bed once to twice a week.

Lancaster Convalescent Center was not good. My fiance's father was very poorly taken care of there. It would not have been something I would consider. It has very poor staff and very poor care. My fiance's father had to be fed, but they just slopped the food all over him, and it was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

THIS IS THE MOST AWFUL PLACE TO LEAVE A FAMILY MEMBER I WOULD NOT LEAVE A PET THERE. THEY ARE VERY UNDERSTAFFED AND THE WORKERS ARE REALLY BURNT OUT. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE FOR YOUR LOVE ONES THEY MAKE PROMISES THEY CAN'T KEEP. MOST OF ALL THEY ARE VERY FAKE THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF SMILES IN YOUR FACE AND TELLS YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAR. PLEASE TRULY LOOK INTO THEM DON'T LET THE NICE WALK THROUGH FOOL YOU.

My grandmother was in this facility after discharge from the hospital. It was the only facility with a room available at the time. This nursing home is horrible. The staff are rude. If you care about your family member do not use this facility.

The staff at Lancaster Convalescent Center was really good with the patients that are staying there. I just wished their rooms were a little bit bigger.
