"My brother is at Peachtree Centre Ltc Facility. Everything is fine there. My brother likes it, so that's all that matters. The room that he is in and the lady that's working with him are all good. But the overall building is old, and it needs to be updated and cleaned a little bit. The first hall you walk into, every room is dirty. It needs some cleaning, too. The staff members were very good though. Regarding activities, they play bingo, and do arts and crafts. He is in a shared room with another person, but the little area he is in is big enough for him and he doesn't need any more."

"Brookview was a great facility for our mom’s rehab. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff and therapists were kind, nice, encouraging, and supportive. Kayce, the Administration and Marketing Director, was amazing. She was always eager to help us with any questions or concerns we had. She was very professional, caring, helpful, and extremely supportive from day one. She quickly responded to all our texts and calls and showed us lots of patience and understanding as she went the “ extra mile” to make our rehab experience as pleasant as possible. Kayce is definitely a blessing to the residents and families at Brookview in Gaffney. She is always going above and beyond her duties to make Brookview a success story for all its rehab patients."

"I am at Bel-Air for rehab this is a wonderful place a wonderful staff is clean everyone's nice to you the health care is great the rehab is wonderful if I had to stay here long-term I'd pick this place every day of the week and twice on Sunday I would just like to thank that staff at bel air for all they do thank you"

"The people at Fair Haven Of Forest City are great with mom. They do a good job keeping up with her, treating her, and helping her with everything. The food is good. The facility is really clean. They have a lot of social stuff that goes on where they have them get involved."

"Cardinal cares my Dad was there for 6 months in therapy awesome team and we loved the care he received including housekeeping, Activities was great he got to go outside , and loved the music enjoyed the bingo, therapy was amazing targeting all his needs giving my mom time to rest the administration team is just amazing"

"My mother was in rehab at this facility for five weeks this winter. I accepted the room hesitantly at first because it was a 45 minute drive from my home. I came to realize it was worth the drive. My first impression proved to be misleading. The facility was clean, but drab and outdated. However, the staff brought sunshine into every nook and cranny. Every person, from the janitors to the administrators, treated my precious momma like she was their own. The therapists and CNAs were especially kind and attentive. Covid prohibited much of the interaction of the residents, but the staff more than made up for it. I was always made to feel welcomed. Many of the staff even called me by name. My questions and concerns were always addressed promptly. Her cleanliness and medications were attended to on time. The furnishings in the rooms were comfortable and adequate for two visitors. Their family rooms were nice spaces for larger visits before Covid. The food was acceptable. I enjoyed taking Momma that I cooked anyway. I highly recommend this rehab facility to anyone in need of their services. I would give them TEN stars if possible. God bless these angels. They truly are the hands and feet of our Savior."

"My father was at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center. He stayed there for 24 days, and they took good care of him. In the last week, they even took good care of me because I stayed with him the whole time until he passed. The staff was very good and very caring. The food was good. The facilities were top-notch. It was clean and well-kept up."

"I went to a place called Alexandria Place, and I was unimpressed with it. I think it is an older place to begin with, and it just wasn't where you want to place somebody if you can help it. The rooms are old, and it looks like a depressing place. I wasn't impressed with the people. You can just tell whether they are friendly or not. These people were more business-like, and I didn't feel like he would be happy there. I didn't see much of anything going on for the people. "

"We toured Covenant Village. They have cottages. They have one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. It's beautiful inside and outside. The grounds are gorgeous. They have Bible study there two or three times a week. They have trips. They have a lot of stuff that they offer. The only thing I didn't like about it was we were married for 60 years and I have collected a lot of stuff. He was in the military and civil service working for our military, and he has all kinds of awards in his office, and I'm not going to have room to take all the stuff that I've collected over 60 years, and that's my drawback. One of the managers showed us an apartment, a cafeteria, and different living rooms. They're a lot nicer than mine. They're very fancy. The staff answered all my questions and described everything in detail, what was available for me, and what wasn't. They even have a nurse on staff 24-hours a day. We went over there. He showed us an arts and crafts room. They have a sewing machine there. They play cards. They have different activities going on all the time."

"My dad has been at Peak-Gastonia ever since Covid was still going strong. We had to communicate with him through his window. Now since it’s not as bad we are able to visit anytime. Miss Barbara in reception was a joy everyday. She knew us frequent visitors by name and helped you to always have a pleasant visit with family or friend. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses and CNA’s if you visit a lot like I do they get to know you too. Housekeeping to the lunchroom staff are great also. Mrs. Dot is who I know the best and she is a gem, so sweet. These residents love their Tuesday and Thursday Bingo. They have a resident council, everyday Miss Terry andRebecca make sure you are kept busy with some activity. I have read some of the reviews and you have some good-some bad, I personally think my dad likes to be around people his own age and has made some great friends with the staff and residents."

"My Grandmother had to come to White Oak for rehabilitation when she broke her elbow and pelvis. Since day one they started her physical therapy while managing her pain as well as always asking her if she needs anything and making her feel that she is very important to them. They are saying they think that she is doing amazing and at 91 I have to agree. Everyone at White Oak always greets you with a smile, there are alot of caring & compatienent people on White Oaks' staff. Thank you so much, you are all angels. "

"My wife is at Courtland Terrace. They're very caring, and they take good care of you. We have no complaints. They answered all our questions and problems properly. They're a top-notch organization as far as I can see. The food is good, but we can't get my wife to eat very much. We had a conference with the dietitian today and trying to get things more suitable for her. She tends to not eat and lose weight. She has lost several pounds since she's been there, but we're trying to take care of that problem. They have amenities and activities, but my wife hasn't been able to participate. She's bedridden right now. The therapists are working with her. She's getting up from the side of the bed and partially in a standing position, but she's not walking yet. For the most part, the staff is very caring and helpful. The therapists are working hard on the rehab, and hopefully, they'll get her on her feet again or at least in a wheelchair. "
