"The Gardens was gorgeous. We loved it and put in an application, but they said we didn't have enough money for it. They had a swimming pool, a lake, and very nice land around it. The staff member was fabulous and did her best. She even placed us in a one-bedroom to see if we could get in. We saw them playing a game, and it seemed like they had a lot of things going on. "

"I was there for REHAB. Rooms were very clean. Staff was great and helped so much to make my stay better. The Physical and Occupational Therapists were the best! The Nurse and CNA’s were so positive and helpful. I would highly recommend Liberty Commons for Rehabilitation. Thanks to all the ladies in Rehab, My favorite CNA’s Mecca and Jaime and Nurse Christina. Others but not enough room to name. Thank you!"

"My parent right now is in a rehab center at The Oaks at Town Center. She is still in therapy there. She is on Medicaid. They have a section that is for rehab patients. She has been there on and off for several years now. Right now, she has been there since May 8th. It is a beautiful place. They got it set up as far as like a home environment. It's beautifully decorated. They are one of the best therapy places that I know. The staff is great. They have the best therapists there. They also have most equipment that should be available today. Food is also good. "

"My wife is in Accordius Health at Mooresville for rehab. It is very good. The grounds are in good shape, and the place is very clean. The food is really good but it's just too expensive. It seems like the staff is pretty good there. They've been nice to me, and they've been friendly. They got bingo, a movie night, and plenty of activities. To me, it ain't worth the price they ask. It's not worth seven grand a month."

"My mom is at Autumn Care. They're very attentive to their clients. My mom is in a room by herself. It has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. They have a really nice physical therapy room, a salon, and several living rooms where families can gather in very large spaces. They have one room up front that has a baby grand piano. From time to time, families go in there and can play. The staff is very good."

"I visited the Genesis Health Center, and it was a very nice center. The administrator showed us around. She was very nice and very informative. I was pleased with the facility, and that was where I wanted my mother to go. The administrator was very cordial, and she answered all our questions. I liked her. "

"I visited Trinity Oaks for my mother. I highly recommend it. The staff was very nice. Everything was just great. I like just everything about it, i.e., the staff, the surroundings, and the rooms. It was all very nice. The food was very good. The dining area was very nice. "

"I have been a constant visitor for over 5 years. The staff is top notch. Compassion starts at top with administration and carries through the entire staff - medical, support staff, maintenance, transportation. There is a "family atmosphere". There are many community volunteers and church groups who also offer support. There are constant activities for residents. It is clean, I have never detected the "nursing home odor" here. If you or a loved one needs care - This is the place "

"During the last weeks to June 23rd, 2017, our mother was at the Huntersville Oaks Nursing Facility. She was at the Garden Terrace Nursing Unit. During this time, our mom received care and support from the nurses, the CNAs, speech therapist, occupational therapist, physical therapist and finally from the Hospice team. Our family is so grateful for the wonderful care our mom was given by all the aforementioned above during her last days on earth. On June 23rd our mom went to rest with the Lord. All were so very supportive to our family and dad, who is also at this nursing facility. He is at the Forrest Hill unit. The nurses at this unit as all great as well. One of the nurses, Ms. Anne and her grand daughter even took out time to attend our mom's memorial service on June 25th. Our family is so very happy with the love, care and support our dad is receiving."

"My Dad was placed on Hospice here 11/2021 The staff went above and beyond taking care of my Father. I was informed daily about how he was doing. Often they would reach out to me. I had the chance to have Video calls when ever I wanted too. Magdalene(Nurse) was nice and friendly she called me so I could to talk to my Dad on many times. All of the CNA'S took very good care of him, Anything I would ask for the got the job done. I had family members often to go visit him and he was ALWAYS clean. I can't thank them enough for caring for my Father. "

"I would like to sincerely express my appreciation and gratitude for the excellent care I received from everyone at Olde Knox Commons Skilled Nursing Facility. Thank you isn’t enough, I wish I could send a care package of extra energy, strength, love, and compassion to each one of the dedicated heroes at OKC. I wish that I could mention each staff member who has provided care for my mother by name, but I am not there onsite to know everyone by name. However, I would like to share that from the initial telephone call with Thalisha in admissions, Kaitlin in the marketing department, and the first care planning meeting facilitated by Susan was executed with professionalism and she made sure that all of my concerns and questions were addressed. After my initial interactions with these first three departments, I knew my mother was going to receive excellent care. The physical, speech, and occupational therapists are highly skilled, and they have worked miracles with my mother. I would be remiss not to mention the 700-hall physician, nurse practitioners, nurses, CNA’s, maintenance, and housekeeping because collectively they ensure that my mother's daily needs are not only addressed but they do it with compassion, kindness, and with a smile. My mother also fondly shares that the chef whose name is Coach takes the time to provide her with the special utensils that she needs to eat her meals. And Christine the Activities Director is an Angel sent along the way, she has been the glue that has helped my mother with transitioning to this community. If you are looking for a great skilled nursing facility look no further, they are the BEST! "

"I was a resident here and my stay was nothing short of excellent. The staff are nice and friendly; however, the food could be better. Overall, I would return to this place. I have been to other places and this one is the best! "
