I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The personnel is somewhat lacking. My cousin was there for two weeks before she was given the opportunity to take a shower. She was to have 2 showers a week and during her 4 week stay she only had two showers. The CNAs on the day shift Monday thru Friday are wonderful, but the CNAs on the evening and night shift as well as all shifts on the weekend are lazy and rude. The food is horrible and not fit to eat the majority of the time.

Provider Response

Hi Bev, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear about your cousin's experience. We take these concerns seriously and will look into them with our team to ensure that all residents receive the care and attention they deserve. We appreciate your insight.

The room was fine. Could probably use a fresh coat of paint to brighten things up; especially, for the patients that have to stay in their rooms a lot. The food left a lot to be desired and could really use some looking into. The members of your staff that looked after me during my stay were kind, encouraging, and comforting. My 6 week stay was easier because of their care. I feel like OT and PT worked hard at encouraging me and getting me ready to go home. I feel like so many people who have to put their loved ones in a place like this expect the facility to handle everything, but I believe that your loved ones still need your love and companionship too. It is hard to improve without loved ones staying closely involved. Regardless of the expense the one thing your loved ones will miss is YOU.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My Mother stayed here for one year. I went everyday and everyday I had to make them do their job. The supervising nurses Angel, Tabatha and Crystal, never come out of their office. So therefore they never knew if the patients were being cared for. I honestly don’t think that they even cared. So many things happened while my Mother was there. From not getting showers to being left in the bathroom bleeding from her IV being pulled out for God knows how long. I filed so many grievances and nothing changed. I finally had to pay someone to go and give my Mother her showers because the cna’s would always have an excuse as to why she didn’t get one. The administrator would try to fix anything that was a concern but it just kept happening again. There were a few good nurses and cna’s on staff but when they would go home, good luck with someone checking on your loved one. Joanne is a nurse that works on second shift and she walks with a walker!!! There is no way that she could help someone if they needed help. Are you kidding me!!! Its ridiculous. The night my Mother started to pass away there was no privacy. The staff was laughing and being loud at the nurses station and I had to go and ask for two chairs so that my brother and I could sit with our Mom. You would think that they would have a protocol for times like this. When my Mom passed away not one person from the Greens in Management, Social worker, not even the nursing staff sent a card or made a simple phone call of condolences. These were the few people that I thought cared and I had built relationships with. Obviously not. I called corporate to tell them all of this but they never called me back. Everyone is going to get old and need help one day. It’s not hard to be a caring person. These people are here for a reason. It’s hard enough on the family to have to place their loved one in a facility. You should do better. Don’t bother to respond to this review with.. “We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience please give us a call so that we can address these issues” because your not going to do anything about these issues.

Provider Response

We appreciate your valuable feedback about your mother's stay at our facility. We understand your concerns and the importance of effective communication with our supervising nurses. We also acknowledge the need for more efficient grievance resolution processes. During your mother's passing, we regret that we may not have provided the level of support and condolences that you expected. We're committed to addressing these issues and making the necessary improvements in our services and support for our residents and their families. Your insights are vital in guiding us to enhance the care and support we provide, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback.

Exceptional staff. That’s all you really need. Bring your own food. It’s a known and accepted issue. By far, the most caring people I have had the pleasure to meet. Each and every one of them. Your family member will be well taken care of. Thank you all again.

Provider Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We’ll be passing along your kind message to the team. Kind words like yours are the motivation we need to keep providing exceptional service!

My brother is in rehab at this facility due to a major stroke. My brother needs it all- speech, OT, and PT. They exhibit knowledge, patience, and persistence in helping him reach his goals. The speech therapist, Richard, is excellent! The building is old, and they don't use side rails. But, the staff is good!

This is the WORST place to put a family member. Some of the staff are dedicate to the patients, most are not. The food is atrocious and they do not adhere to patients dietary restrictions nor do they have enough food. They do not have what patients need in order to be healthy. The furniture is old an outdated, the rooms are dark, patients roam the halls all day. What ever you do, DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!

Provider Response

Hello RevMadea - our team works incredibly hard to ensure our standard of care is never compromised. If you are interested in resolving the issues you brought up in your review, please reach out to us at and we’d be happy to discuss this personal matter with you
