"I would recommend La Crescenta Health Care because it's better than the other places my mother has been in. It's very clean, it's airy, and you can see the mountains. Physical therapy is very good as well as nursing. The staff there are cordial, they're professional, and they're caring. The one weakness is that my mother doesn't like the food, but it's better than where she's at before, and she's very picky as well. Every room has a sliding glass door open to the courtyard, and it's nice because, in the summer, they could just open the window and have access to the courtyard. And have activities too, and they have entertainment in a room where they can go and spend time. Today, they're going to have a birthday party. They have a courtyard with tables and umbrellas, patio tables, and easy access. If your family comes, you could go to the courtyard, sit out there and have a picnic. They also do karaoke, arts and crafts, and they have movies."

"My dad was in Montrose Springs Skilled Nursing & Wellness Center for two weeks. We couldn't go in and see anything, but they were able to get my dad back to walking again. It's like a rehab center. The outside looks normal to me. The staff tried really hard. When I called them, they set up a Facetime meeting; they did it several times. They were cooperative. It's a mid-sized community."

"My Mom has been at the Villa for over s year now. She is in the Special Care unit. We have been extremely pleased with the care she receives. The staff is so caring and friendly. Believe me, I am there almost every day. We are so lucky to have found heaven on earth. "

"Been disappointed with this facility lately. My mother has been a resident for 1 year now and their services have gone done. The meals are sad... green beans and hamburger are served a lot. And they have switched the dining room from a light airy room that looks out onto the patio to a dark, no windows, painted brown with red and black lights. This is not healthy for elderly patients. They say they switched due to some new equipment coming in but they state the rooms are the same size???? Also it is a safety factor. The room is not large enough for 4 tables full of wheelchair bound patients.... and now due to my mother having oxygen equipment it is not large enough or her to eat with others so she sits in the hallway or her room. They are in their rooms enough! There is no socialization this way. Lately the cleaning of the rooms has been lacking also. "

"The place is clean, the nurses and staff are very courteous and respectful, and most of all food they serve is good as if I'm not in a nursing home. Their Physical Therapy program is ecxellent, they attended to me every step of the way. They even have daily activity sessions for the patients all through out the day. "

"It's a clean center and there's no smell. My mother had been in a different rehab center before but Burbank Healthcare has no urine smell at all. It's very clean and the walls are shiny. There's wallpaper on the walls and it's just comfortable. The staff are very nice. My mom is happier with the place compared to the previous one. I haven't eaten there yet but the food looks good also. "

"My mother was at Sylmar Health Rehabilitation Center. She was in a room with two other patients, and it was tiny. The staff was very good, very nice, and very supportive. The dining area was clean. I guess they could improve the ambience a little bit to make it look less institutional. "

"Autumn Hills is good, but my relative has to move to an assisted living facility. The food is very good. Everything is very good. Sometimes, they have people come in to sing. They also have film shows, and they play bingo. "
