The rooms are crowded. Three to a room. Space divided by three curtains. Some rooms have access to a courtyard which is nice. There are some full time residents living there, hoping to get proper PT so that they can go home, some hospice patients and other custodial SNF patients. The CNAs are always changing/coming and going, so there is little continuity of care for patients. The place was better before the longtime owner sold it last summer to corporate management. Everything has gone downhill since then. My mother is a hospice patient there. If I didn't send an additional caregiver 4 x a week to check on her my mother would probably be dead by now.

Don’t send your loved ones to this place if you could. No physical therapist, no social worker, no discharge planner, no Registered nurse, and no nutritionist in this place. Doctor only comes once a month, LVNs and CNAs run this place, some of them are unprofessional and rude.

Extremely happy My mother in law Has been a resident For 9 years. They have Been awesome in her care. Was in the facility When inspectors came in the inspectors were Rude and very disrespectful but staff Seemed to accommodate Them and in the end all was well. Don’t know how they tolerate those Inspectors DON Is very good

My mother-in-law has been a resident for 5+ years..Administration replaced licensed staff that were less than satisfactory in the past several months the facility is super and is deserving of 5 stars

Staff were warm and friendly and cares about their patients. Friend recommended the place and no regrets. Glad we found this place
