My dad was in Montrose Springs Skilled Nursing & Wellness Center for two weeks. We couldn't go in and see anything, but they were able to get my dad back to walking again. It's like a rehab center. The outside looks normal to me. The staff tried really hard. When I called them, they set up a Facetime meeting; they did it several times. They were cooperative. It's a mid-sized community.

The people at Verdugo Valley have been very helpful. They are good with my grandmother, but I don't want to keep her out of town; I want her in town. The reason why they picked her up was because they said they would help her and they think she needed that here in Fresno and they were doing nothing. They do a lot of activities and they even have church and karaoke. They let them live how they want to live. It is really a beautiful place and I wish this place was here in Fresno.
