They were very quick to admit my grandmother into a room but rather slow at setting up the room. My grandmother had to share a room with another patient which was fine except that the room were not designed for privacy at all. On several occasions while visiting my grandmother we found her to be indisposed and in plain view from the hallway. On another occasion the nursing home was very short staffed. My grandmother had gone to the restroom on herself and had not received the care she needed for several hours before her arrival. However, when the facilities were properly staffed they were always neat, clean and well organized. Many of the staff members seemed to care about their jobs and take pride in their work. However, as with an place there were some exceptions to that. I would rate Britthaven in a neutral category. There not the best but i guess they could be worse. My advice, if you really love them you'll take care of them yourself. That's what we ended up doing for my grandmother until she passed away.
