I liked TerraBella Salisbury. It was just the expense of it was over $4000 a month, but it was very nice. I saw a friend that I know who is staying there and they said it's so nice. The staff was also very nice. The facility was a very clean and very inviting environment. The building looked new. The one-bedroom was just one room and it's an open room with a place for the bed and a recliner, and they had a closet, and a mini kitchen thing, and a microwave.

TerraBella Salisbury was very nice and clean and had friendly staff. This is strictly assisted living and the rooms were not as big as the other place. The staff recognized that we would fit better in with independent living, and they're the ones that sent us to the other place. It was a quick tour, so we did not see a lot.

I toured the TerraBella Salisbury. I thought it was fine for them to assess my brother-in-law to determine where he fits, so they could give us a fairly good ballpark figure on what the cost would be. The executive director did the assessment and asked the questions well. My only complaint was that they didn't offer lunch. They have a common space that looks adequate. Since the weather wasn't warm, we didn't go outside to look at their patio, but I like the idea of having one.

I would certainly look elsewhere before sending a loved one to this place!! Some of the staff are good people with kind hearts; however, I found the majority to be indifferent and interested in "doing a job for the prescribed hours" attitude (regardless of the situation). The executive staff is only interested in taking your money at any chance, and they portray this in their conversations, payment schedule, and daily practices. I actually had a salesperson phone me to initiate residency for my mother, and then get angry with my meeting schedule to sign paperwork...only to hang up on me mid-call....very professional!!! Take my advice and look elsewhere; you will be happy you did!

My brother-in-law has been a resident of TerraBella Salisbury for a month now. We were able to find this place, and they have been excellent. The staff members are very attentive to the needs of the people in the wing that he is on, which is memory care. It is highly reviewed, and it is highly protected. In that particular facility, they just couldn't get up and walk around unassisted or without actually somebody being there to let them in. The part of the facility that was not memory care, people are moving around freely and can do whatever they want to. But as far as that particular section, you have to punch in a number to go in and punch in a number to go out, which is very good and important because my brother-in-law is a wanderer. So we're happy with the place, and it's within 30 minutes of where each of us is. My brother-in-law's room is a nice size. He's the only one in the room. It's equipped with two beds, and he has his own private bathroom. And it's also accommodated with plenty of light and a TV. The room is nice, clean, and very inviting. The nurses come in and make sure that he is up and walking. They have opportunities to go into a particular room and be able to do physical therapy should they need to. They are given snacks and food throughout the day. They have a courtyard basically in the front. My brother-in-law likes to go out and sit in the sun, and they have a full front porch. It is a beautiful facility and it is located nicely within that sense.

TerraBella Salisbury is really pretty. It had a very good smell when I walked in. It was all clean. It didn't smell like pee. I met the chef. Everybody was nice. They showed me the outside places where they could go out and sit. They showed me where they eat. They showed me a room where you could rent out if you wanted to. They showed me an actual room. The floorplan is nice. It's like a big house and everybody lives in it.

My mom is at TerraBella Salisbury. It's clean. The staff seems to be caring and very nice. Even though like a lot of other places, they may be short-staffed, but you really can't tell it. The food looks fine, and my mom hasn't lost any weight. They have activities. They have bingo, arts and crafts things that vary, and of course devotion. There are no appliances in the room. My mom's room has a bathroom and a place for the bed. We put a bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. On the other side of the room, she's got a chair with a side table and a lamp. It's a private room.

I went to TerraBella Salisbury. The room is smaller, but it's very neat and well cared for. Very nice facility. They have basic appliances. However, they couldn't meet her medical requirements. They have a small courtyard. Both areas (assisted living and memory care) were very nice. The marketing people did an excellent job. She was very professional.

TerraBella Salisbury was very good. The facilities were nice and clean. The people that I met were very friendly. The rooms were good sized. All the way around, I liked the place. They have a bus to take people out to shopping or wherever for tours.

My dad is in TerraBella Salisbury. I like that they have caring quality staff, it's clean, and there are many activities for my father to do. They have exercise classes, there's a family room if your family would like to visit, an outdoor walking area, and outdoor patios. He's got a large private room that's kept clean and well maintained. My dad seems to be satisfied with the food.

We liked it but mom is in the middle area where she made too much for Medicaid, but it wasn't going to leave her a whole lot of anything else. She couldn't have a private room. It's a beautiful and facility, it's very clean and very nice. The staff seemed very nice and delighted to take us around. It was super nice and quiet, and of course, with COVID, we can only see certain areas. The girl that took us around was super nice and she was able to tell us a lot of things we needed to know. She was very helpful with that. They didn't have the normal assisted living smell, it was very clean. Everything was decorated really pretty.

My mother is in here. The rooms are very nice. The people are very nice and polite. The food is excellent. They have a dining room where you can have parties and a kitchen where you can go and cook. They have a nice, little sitting room and activities, like bingo, cards, and crossword puzzles.

I found a place I’m very happy with in Salisbury and that’s where we placed my friend. It’s excellent. The thing that I think impressed me more than anything is that they seem happier to have her than I was to find a place. They have been very accommodating and thrilled to have her there. The facilities are very clean and very pretty. It is just an excellent place. They have a minimum of 6 activities a day. They keep them very busy. The dining area is very nice. It is like a nice posh restaurant.

My visit was very good. They were smaller, but they had very nice little rooms. They have nice areas outside to walk around. The people there were very helpful and sweet. It was more homey-like. They had fireplace in a couple of their living rooms. They have a private room where you could have private dinner with your family. They allow small pets, depending on how small the animal is, with the consent of your roommate, if you have a roommate. They have a hair salon, Bible studies. They help with the doctor's visits by bringing you there, and they will make the appointments for you. They will keep track of the doctor's visits for you. They are not as high-end as the other facilities, but the place is very nice.

My friend's husband is here. The outside look of the facility is very good. It's very comfortable and very homelike. The inside is very clean. They have private rooms available, but most of the rooms I saw were semi-private. And they say they prefer that because of the interaction of the people rather than have them secluded by themselves. The staff is very friendly to family members. They know each patient in the memory care unit by name and by their characteristic, their likes and their dislikes, as well as their behavioral issues. They are very much aware of that. They keep the family informed. They have classes as far as support groups and so forth. It's an excellent facility. They do have an outside garden where they bring residents out there. They do have activities, however, in a memory care unit, the participation is very low.

I would say that they rate right there, along with the other facilities I have been to, as far as all of the amenities. It was very laid out, very much a home setting, very caring staff and they tried really hard to get my sister in there. But, because she can do a few too many things for herself at this time, she doesn’t qualify for total Medicaid assistance, and I have to wait till she does before I can place her. The staff was very nice -- they gave us a lot of information and just by the way they greeted all of the residents who live there, you could tell, they interacted and all of them knew everyone’s name. It was just a very caring group of people, and I’d love to get my sister in there. They invited us to have a meal but if I were to take her over there for lunch, she would panic and think that she will go now, because she has done that already. They were very neat and clean and caring. There was just nothing negative there, except for the fact that they told her that she could bring her dogs, which I think that was stupid, because her dogs are not healthy, so the dogs are not going to be able go. This is going to be one thing I am going to have to yank away from her. I would recommend this facility just because several of our friends' mothers are very happy there.

It was very nice and they were very friendly and accommodating with our family and with my mother. Then, my mother had a private room -- a studio -- that didn't have any kitchen or cooking facilities, but you could bring in your own, like a mini fridge or a microwave. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with all of us. There were no complaints; everything was fine. It was actually a very nice facility, like we could stay in the room with my mother overnight. They allowed that and actually, one time when my sister and her daughter came up from Florida, they let them use an empty room that they had. I don't know if they charged for that, but I've stayed in the room with my mother. So they were very accommodating to us, coming from out of state.

We were impressed on how the rooms are. They can still have some of the furniture and my parents can still have a suite. They would be able to eat at a dining room together. They also have laundry service. Snacks are available throughout the day. Activities are bingo, going to the ice cream place and making ice cream there. They have all kinds of activities every day. They can still have their car but someone's watching over them. Overall, they make it as homey as they can. I would recommend this to others.
