HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION TO GIVE NONE. BUT THIS REHAB CENTER IS HORRIBLE. STAFF IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NON CARING FOR THEIR PATIENTS. IT'S A SHAME HOW PEOPLE CAN BE HERE AND THAT THIS FACILITY IS EVEN OPENED FOR PATIENTS CARE. MY SISTER IS BEEN HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AND ONLY SEEN A DR. ONCE. SHE IS THERE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY WHICH IT SHOULD BE 5 DAYS A WEEK AND ONLY HAD BE TAKEN 2 TIMES. PATIENT FELL AND NOT EVEN A DR. HAD GONE TO SE IF SHE HAS BEEN INJURED OR IF SHE IS OK. THEY LIE TO PATIENTS FAMILY ABOUT SERVICES GIVEN TO THE PATIENTS. MY SISTER IS AT FULL CONSCIOUS WITH NO MENTAL ILLNESS AND THEY LIED TO ME SAYING THAT SHE IS BEEN BEING TREATED CORRECTLY. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING HERE ANY LOVE ONE OF YOURS.

This facility was so clean and updated! The staff was so attentive when I toured the facility and helped me with everything I needed.

My mother in law was recently a patient at Waterview and I have to say I was very impressed. Although she has dementia every time we visited she would tell me how nice everyone was to her. And there was always a party going on (they have a lot of activities!). But I was most impressed with the staff especially the nurse manager Rachel and social worker Pascal. They were so helpful to us trying to navigate the world of insurance and home care and PT. They made many phone calls to guarantee our discharge to home went very smoothly. And for that I am very grateful! It is a very clean and we'll run facility.

Amazing and attentive staff. This facility is so clean, My spouse and I went on a tour of the facility for a loved one and fell in love with the place.

This home should be closed. The administration is terrible. The staff is so,so. If you can help yourself a bit you could be fine. But, if your bed ridden and cannot move your at the mercy of the staff. Think of laying in a soiled diaper for hours waiting to be changed. Its not totally the staffs fault though a few really need a attitude adjustment. The staff is short of people to address the needs of the patients.

I was at Waterview Nursing Care Center for two years. When I was there, I had many problems. I wouldn’t agree with their policy; I had a big problem with the administration. There were all kinds of bad stuff. I wasn’t allowed out. It was almost like I was a prisoner. Otherwise, it was an excellent place. The activities were great. They had birthday parties every month. They had outings every 90 days. As far as the activities, I could never say anything bad about them. They always had something going on. There were 2-people rooms. The dining area was good and well-cleaned. The food was good. As far as the facilities, I had no complaints. Security was tight. The people that worked there were very kind, very helpful, and non-judgmental. I would recommend it only if you were in such bad shape that you couldn’t care for yourself.
