I've been here at Ralston House for over a year now. Now that they changed management, it's awesome. The people are friendly and people get together and play cards and visit. It's a nice area. They've got a beautiful courtyard. I have a nice one-bedroom apartment. I'm on the first floor, so I don't have to go upstairs or anything. It's very affordable for me. Everybody gets their own food. The residents get together and visit. It's just apartment housing for the elderly 55 and up. It's very clean and everybody cleans their own apartment. I have family members that come in and clean my apartment for me once a week. They get my trash out and everything. It's a nice facility.
