I am a resident of Arboretum Village. It's a lovely place to stay, and I have no complaints about it. Eating is separate here. You can eat during the week, both lunch and dinner, and I have enjoyed that. The people in charge are very kind and caring. The staff is very nice. There have been some changes, but not because of ill care. I have a one-bedroom, a dining area, and a living room. It's quite adequate and very pretty.

I toured Arboretum Village. The community was wonderful. It was updated. It was bright and very pleasant. The apartments were fantastic. The care was wonderful as far as taking care of the apartments and everything. They've been all updated. They covered everything except Wi-Fi in your apartment. They had underground parking, which was great. They had large balconies, large windows, and a large laundry room. Arboretum Village was my favorite. If I was able to move right now, I would move there. They had a restaurant there with what looked like really good food. It was not a buffet, which was a big thing for me.

I have not visited this facility in recent months, however when I last visited they were in the midst of a major remodel project. I have not had a chance to see the results, however I have several friends that are living at the facility. Check it out, I think you will be pleased. MD

I went to the Arboretum on Farnam Drive. They took me through the place, and it was about an hour of presentation, so it's good. They're just apartments, and the staff was fine. They have balconies and patios, which I was interested in, and they only have one meal a day, which is an option.

Arboretum on Farnam Drive was an older facility. It had all the amenities, but they only serve one meal a day, which didn't really interest me, while the others serve three a day.

I live in a small one-bedroom apartment in Arboretum. I selected it based on the recommendations of my friends. It is nice place and not the most expensive. The food is very good, but I do not always eat there because I have a built-in kitchenette, which is in every apartment. The staff is very helpful and nice.

This place is going downhill. The staff are doing all kinds of jobs and it is hard to know who does what. Some are really not very good, while others are great. The place used to be very clean, but now it isn't and they don't wash the windows. The whirlpool tub (there is no pool) has been broken for years, and the equipment in the fitness room is old and hand-me-down. There are nice elements, but also disappointments.

This is the place where I'll be going once my contract ends with my current facility. I really love the place. They have an underground parking lot and it's wheelchair accessible, so my husband doesn't need to carry me out of my wheelchair during snow or when it's raining. The facility has spacious rooms, pet friendly, and they have a garden. The place was so neat and open. They have a lot of trees and I can garden on my patio. The people at Arboretum from the manager and staff were kind and so warm. They have pretty nice amenities, the price was so affordable, too. It's half of the price I'm currently paying with the one I'm at right now. So it's a very good deal for us.
