The Quarters Assisted Living was very favorable. It's convenient and closely located to my mother. It was clean and a nice facility. The man who toured me was excellent. He answered all of my questions, whether it was relevant or not. I was able to go and look at different parts of the facility, and I was pleased with what I found. The room was perfect for my aunt. They had an exercise room and nice grounds. If you wanted to take a walk and go out for fresh air, there were places to go out and sit and enjoy the sunshine. I think they have everything that my aunt would possibly need. They also provide transportation to take care of where she needed to go.

My father moved into the Quarters Assisted Living. The care is adequate, but he is going to need more care. His room was not clean when I got there, I guess nobody had been there for awhile, so it was not freshly clean.

The Quarters Assisted Living was a very nice facility, but they couldn't meet my mother's needs. My mother needed more intense care and an actual nursing home. The rooms were very clean and very well organized. The staff was very knowledgeable, very friendly, very accommodating, and helped me make my decision on what I needed to do. It was very clean.
